GUILTY Thread 'Canada - Alexandra Gagné-Faucher, 31, convicted of manslaughter in road rage incident, 15 September 2022, Laval/Montreal'

On 14 June 2024 Alexandra Gagné-Faucher was convicted of manslaughter of Stéphane Taillon, 53, after they had began passing eachother in a reckless manner on Highway 15. It all ended on a service road where AGF deliberately ran over ST, and killed him. AGF was described by her mother as being "impulsive" during the trial. The sentencing is expected in early October.

Malcolm Bennett, 38, and Arielle Fortin, 27, were last seen on Oct. 6 in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, travelling in a grey 2013 Honda Fit. Their license plate is H94 YRW with a sign on the rear window indicating “Depanneur Academie.”

“Their loved ones have reason to fear for their health and safety,” the SQ wrote in a press release.
