The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Hisham Seif, 25, was last seen on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 10 a.m., in the Yonge Street and College Street area.
He is described as 6'2", with a medium build, short black hair, and a black beard.
No clothing description available.
Police are concerned for his safety.
