Should this disappearance be solved, I think the mom's actions will not only make sense, they'll be respected.

MOO I don't think she abandoned her children or the searches. I think she quickly vacated a dangerous crime scene. Especially critical because there was a third child to protect.

I think LE provided the mom with information we don't have. She may have been misled by someone she trusted and severed ties the minute she realized it.

And that's why a mother would leave the last place the children were.

JMO
I agree. I'm giving MBM the benefit on a doubt (she's not involved) for my comments:

Instinctually she might feel they are not there or close by. She might suspect people in the area and feel safer away from the area.

If the property belongs to Janie and Janie asked her to leave after a fight... if MBM didn't leave she might be scared for anything to escalate with child custody or get charged with trespassing. Not the best battle to fight with a newborn baby/toddler MOO

I still don't know what I would do.... it would depend on my own thoughts as to where I think my kids are :(

I think MBM had already left by the time the argument happened where JM asked MBM's family members to leave the property. IIRC she went home with her mother after the police briefing on May 3rd, she didn't go back to the property at all

<modsnip: Quoted post was removed>

In this particular case, we have zero fact based evidence from LE or MSM that anyone was cooking meth.
And if he was cooking, LE would have by now at least charged him, confiscated equipment and would definitely have reason for a search warrant on unrelated charge (drug production or whatever legal term is called) and it would be know by MSM I would think. MOO

Did she have more than 3?

Ah ok thanks for clarifying. I am bad at the fine details of this case so that's good to know :)

No worries! Your point definitely still stands, though, that MBM could have stayed away from the area to avoid potential conflict with DM or his family (especially since we now know he also has other extended family members living very nearby)

No I was calling the littlest one newborn, oops! I will edit to say baby/toddler.

I still feel like littles one in general still can be exhausting where mom might not get full night's sleep, so had newborn in my head!

Taken from cbc article what do posters make of this when coupled with the belief by Martell that , cadaver won't find anything

He stated the above " I should release all the information I brought to major crimes that would point fingers, its undeniable and I hold back ' wrote Martell

I mean, at this point, maybe he should? If he's got something to say, has zero involvement in those kids going missing, he certainly doesn't have much to lose at this point.

I feel he is playing poker here pertaining to having a better hand then the one he holds jmo . But interesting non the least , especially as we have been led to believe its not a criminal case

Anyone want to talk about the app mom had on her phone, then it was Uninstalled. I'm so sorry, I can't pull up the documents the courts brought up with the redacted info about the parents. I don't even know what thread it is on. My apologies, but it definitely said mom had an app for communicating and then it was go e. Again, those aren't exact words. But I definitely find it interesting.

I believe it was an app that allowed her to text since the connection at the trailer wasn't reliable. I recall it being reported after she left that she deleted the app because she no longer needed it after she left there. Presuming wherever she went, the connection was reliable, and not in a more remote area like DM's trailer.

I thought it was actually D's mother ordering M's family off her property (because they were insinuating that D was somehow responsible for the children being missing or maybe even outright accusing D of harming them?) But I didn't think D's mother included M in that. I thought M probably left with them then though.

You are correct. Daniel's mom told them to buzz off.

I find it interesting that deleting stuff and updating profiles was a priority but I can see why a text app may be deleted if you now have working WiFi

I found it. Su5ie had posted this:

On Sept. 19, Austin went live to discuss the announcement that police would be bringing in cadaver dogs as part of the investigation. About halfway through the video, a comment from Martell appears.

"I should release all the information I brought to major crimes that would point fingers!! It's undeniable and I hold back," wrote Martell.

Is this the bit about Daniel's drug use?
