Circumstances of Disappearance:
Allard was last seen in November of 1975 in Kamloops, British Columbia. He was living with his mother on Tamarack Avenue off Schubert Drive on the North Shore. His mother reported that two men broke into the house and took Allard, threw him into a black Cadillac, and drove off. He has never been heard from again.

Allard is First Nations and prior to his disappearance, he was known to frequently stay with friends on the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc Indian Band reserve in Kamloops. Few details are available in Allard's case and his whereabouts remain unknown.
