It was already posted. The $50k was already paid and would not have to be paid again. Baez said he was going to talk to the surety company. I'm thinking they let someone else sign as guarantor on the bond.

omg seriously? I can't keep track of how this whole thing. I thought it was revoked or something and that I'd saw someone say a new one would have to be put up. Geez I hope she doesn't get out!!!!!!!!!

The conditions of the bond are the same conditions that the Judge previously set at her bond hearing. I have read in the paper that it is POSSIBLE that she could be released this week.

Since the Bondsman has gone off of her bond, the whole cycle starts over again, ie: someone has to put up the 10% and sign a surety or guarentee for the rest of the money. Whether anyone is or has done this, I do not know. She is still in jail as of now.

From what has been posted, Al Estes has already recinded the bond. It's done. Another person would have to step in and put up the $50k and also get another bonding company to back the half mil. I and many others don't see that happening. Evidently the page hasn't been updated yet.

I did check another inmates record and it did not show bond pending. As to how I know that someone is considering posting her bond, I asked a Deputy.

I was asking how the clerk would know that the bond was pending, so that it was put on the record at the web site. Maybe you are the clerk LOL, but if you are I'm sure you would not ask a deputy about each prisoner. There must be some kind of notification that would cause bond pending to show up on the official record.

Why in the world would they post bond on these charges (assuming its the parents who did, who else would?) when they can't post it on the $500k bond / child neglect etc. charges bc they don't have the financial means to do so? Do they think the "child neglect etc." charges will just magically disappear?

The bonds discharged means that the bonds that Al Estes posted are no longer in effect and the paperwork is returned to the bonding agency. It is simply a paperwork issue and has nothing to do with her current status in jail.

Update as to bond: All the bonds have now been posted. The latest bond on the Child Neglect charge is being posted by McDonald BB and Joe Von Waldner BB and an person who wishes to remain unnamed is putting up the $50,000.

I don't know the Statutes as to the bonding party remaining anonymous, however that would be information that the bondsman would have in his file. It would not be part of the court file. I will check into this further.
