A woman claims Lewis, 32, raped and attacked her in separate incidents, according to Spiro, who reported he sent her graphic messages “commanding her to perform various sexual acts on him.”

He also supposedly sent her texts reading, “I’m going to f–k you up,” and “I’d f–king kill you! Don’t play with me.”

Per Spiro’s report, when the anonymous woman brought his behavior to then-Michigan coach Sherrone Moore, he dismissed her allegations.

Lewis is the latest former Michigan staff to be facing legal problems. Moore is facing charges of felony home invasion and stalking charges over his Dec. 10 meltdown. Matt Weiss, fired in 2023 as co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, was charged with a 24-count indictment in March 2025 over allegations he hacked into students’ computer accounts seeking intimate photos and videos over an eight-year span.

Not only did Moore “dismiss her allegations”, he told her to come to his hotel room!

The staff Harbaugh assembled at Michigan… yikes. This is like the 12th one involved in very serious criminal behavior

A Michigan judge, Cedric Simpson, scheduled an evidentiary hearing for March 2 to examine whether investigators omitted key information when seeking the warrant. During recent proceedings, the judge questioned whether police failed to disclose that the woman involved was Moore’s employee, a detail Moore’s attorneys argue could have influenced the court’s decision to authorize the arrest.

Moore’s legal team, led by Ellen Michaels, contends the omission may have violated his rights and is seeking to have the charges dismissed. Prosecutors allege Moore entered the woman’s residence without permission, forming the basis for charges that include home invasion and stalking-related offenses. Moore has denied wrongdoing and remains free while the case proceeds.

I don't think so. It wouldn't matter if they had any kind of relationship. The man was out of control. We are lucky she isn't dead, like so many others in DV situations. I hope that she sticks to her guns on this, and doesn't waiver.

CNN Associated Press (AP) online March 6, 2026 afternoon article entitled ‘Fired Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore reaches plea deal to resolve home invasion case’:

Of note from the article is this statement - which is found IMO to be…….. well…… IANAL

“It’s not stalking if the communication has a legitimate purpose,” said Ellen Michaels, Moore’s attorney.”

Sentencing is now scheduled for April 14 on the charges.

IMO seems someone wanted to get this in the late Friday news cycle. MOO

Moore instead pled “no contest” to two additional misdemeanor charges of malicious use of a telecommunications device in context of a domestic relationship, and trespassing. The malicious use of a telecommunications device carries a punishment of up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine plus court costs, while the trespassing charge carries a potential 30-day sentence and up to a $250 fine. The 40-year-old Moore is scheduled to be sentenced on April 14.

Paige Shriver's claims may end up getting more traction due to "me too". It is really foolish for people to have affairs with the people they work with. Especially a subordinate.
