Judge denies motion to continue in #TracyFerriter trial and status hearing is set for Dec 15th in #TimFerriter case of appeal to be released pending new trial requests. They are still legally married to my knowledge, so what assets will he use for bond, or is someone helping? How did Tracy think she would get indigent status, and who will pay retainer for new attorney?So many questions.

Update on Tracy Ferriter hearing today. She was not present in court. Her attorney withdrew from her case citing irreconcilable differences. There was a motion to delay her trial, but the judge did not grant that at this time. He is giving Tracy until next Friday to have her new attorneys file a notice of appearance, however the judge made it clear that any attorney she gets should be ready to tell the judge how soon they can be ready for trial.

She does seem very sour. I was presuming that effect was from having the nose job, which she has clearly had at least once.

This same thing happened earlier to Tim, correct? His first attorney resigned due to “irreconcilable difference”? I want the real scoop….
As for Tracy Ferriter, her trial date has not been set yet, and it’s not clear if she will be offered a plea deal.
A status check is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 15.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Tracy Ferriter is looking for another attorney again.
The wife of a Jupiter father who kept his adopted son in a box-like structure in their garage appeared in court Friday for a hearing to determine whether her new attorney could be ready to go to trial in January.
Defense attorney Marc Shiner told a Palm Beach County circuit judge that he was retained by Ferriter late Wednesday afternoon and sought a continuance so that he could adequately prepare for trial.

"That was 69 days ago that this case was set for trial in January, and the defendant made no efforts to secure these transcripts that they allegedly need for the purpose of trial," Coakley said. "In addition, I find it concerning that defense counsel – new defense counsel – has not been provided with discovery yet. All of that discovery is in possession of Mrs. Ferriter and Mr. Ferriter. She has a Dropbox link, as well as a hard drive, with all the videos. She discusses those with Mr. Ferriter. She discussed it way before but also just December the 10th, she discussed it on a jail call with her husband that she's in possession of a Dropbox link to the entirety of the discovery."

Ultimately, Coates decided to push the start of the trial to March 18. Coates said Tracy Ferriter will have until Jan. 4 to find another attorney "who can work within the schedule that the court's going to impose in this matter."

Looks like Tracy is a real manipulator. This would be her 4th attorney? This trial could get very interesting. We might hear of a different type of torture. I recall, none of the kids mentioned her being kind or rescuing them.@WPTV

And, hehe, we have her discussing discovery with Tim, which means we might get incriminating comments on her role…
There’s no spousal privilege if there’s child abuse. The defendants are running into this in the Bridegan case, too.
