Michigan mom makes Halloween costumes for premature babies in NICU

DETROIT - A Michigan mother makes the holidays a bit brighter for families who have babies in the neonatal intensive care unit.

Ingrid Peeples*makes Halloween costumes for the babies in the NICU. She said her daughter, Heidi, was born premature.
