My theory* Josh went to the no doubt concert that took place October 2002 in st.paul Minnesota he met an unidentified individual a college student exchanged dorm phone numbers and email addresses. He made plans to meet up with that unidentified college student and entered that individuals car at 12:35 am on the bridge the night of Nov 9th going into Nov 10th and taking to the interstate they went up to the university of Minnesota and Josh attended a dorm party and died there and it was covered up
is there any evidence of josh going to a no doubt concert?"My theory* Josh went to the no doubt concert that took place October 2002 in st.paul Minnesota he met an unidentified individual a college student exchanged dorm phone numbers and email addresses. Nothing confirmed and there were no ticket stubs in his personal possessions for the concert (although he did keep ticket stubs for other events like sports he’d attended), unless he did have one and the police have it?is there any evidence of josh going to a no doubt
How did you come to this theory?"My theory* Josh went to the no doubt concert that took place October 2002 in st.paul Minnesota he met an unidentified individual a college student exchanged dorm phone numbers and email addresses. It's also, possible he was making a drug sale probably: "marijuana." Also, if you look at the photos of unidentified males, one is a student of the university of Minnesota as he's holding a football his varsity jacket is hanging up to the left of him and on the jacket looks like a gopher logo.
How did you come to this theory?
Is there anything that shows he would have gone or did go to the No Doubt concert?
This is almost incredibly specific.
Thank you. That does lend some possibility for the concert. One of the female online personas he supposedly created was 'GwenGirl....' which seems to have been a nod to No Doubt's singer. IIRC there was also a Gwen S. poster in his dorm room, and his roommate mentioned that they were fans of hers in an article. It was mentioned earlier in this thread.
I don't think there is any evidence that he actually attended a ND concert. No comment on this theory as a whole.
(A) Josh went to the card game had his wallet with him as reported by his friend. he left at 11:45 pm was back in his dorm at 11.52 pm listening to music left after Midnight probably left his music playing was seen by witness between 12:15 and 12:30 am on the bridge and the police search dog hit on the bridge where the scent was lost. Him being in the water pretty much ruled out so that would mean he got into a car. (B) Nick and Katie the discrepancy can be explained by daylight savings and the clock not being set correctly. (C) Brain and Paul used his computer and then his roommates later used a thumb drive uploaded files after deleting what was there having to do with fake IDs. The 300 files could have been writings of Hamilton he retrieved earlier. Note: don't go down rabbit holes!!

A) Wallet was reported to be with Josh by his friend. This source says he didn't have his wallet but another source (see attached to post) says he did.
B) Daylight savings time was at the end of october in 2002 was it not? I
we do know that A) Josh was said to have "deleted a Yahoo chat program from his computer on October 28, 2002". and B) there was a 20+ minute phone call on the same day 28th Oct, 2002.
I always wondered why the poker party group didn't clarify if they usually played for money. Poker isn't much fun without playing for some kind of prize. But then, Josh was only there for no more than 30~ mins give or take. I know from personal experience, having played poker on just 2-3 occasions, it's almost impossible to finish a game so fast. I get the impression Josh didn't actually play poker during his time at Metten Ct.And just my 2 cents, but it would make sense to bring your wallet to a poker game, no? I suppose the question we haven’t asked/answered is whether he actually played any cards, or just hung out socializing.
As far as I'm aware, the police dept didn't ever comment further on the photographs found. I do wonder if they're actively on the case.I go back and forth about all the Yahoo, fake IDs, and all the generally computer-related activities. On the one hand, mostly sounds like totally normal college stuff (minus the fake ID thing, if he was actually running a ‘business’). Even with the later release of the men’s pictures who potentially had contact with Josh via Yahoo, I think people forget that in 2002, ‘chatting’ was a big thing, and not just for dating/hookup purposes. A lot of (voice) chatting with randoms still goes in in spaces like online gaming.
You summed it up well. We could be over analysing every detail, whilst some things are just purely coincidental. The problem is, we don't know which is which. I think we'd all like LE to comment and bring us all up to speed. So there’s all that, but then there’s the simple fact that he went missing without a trace, and these are some of the only leads, so we cling to them, feverishly turning them over and over, searching desperately for some deeper meaning. Do they, individually or as a group, mean anything in the context of his disappearance? I wish we knew if LE knows the answer to that.

I wouldn't disagree, but as you say, I'm not sure it plays a huge part in the disappearance itself. It's more the fact that he left so soon, allegedly without anyone seeing, and no one knowing where he was going to go.Just as a slight disagreement over nothing much, I think it depends on how you define a “game” of poker. If you define it as playing multiple hands with the same group until one person has all the money, then yes, it generally takes longer than 30 minutes. If it’s a more casual thing, where people drop in and out after a hand or two, then it’s totally possible.
In re: playing for money, it seems gambling would’ve been a no-no on campus, so perhaps it was a smallish, predictable lie to keep from getting into trouble with the university.
That said, I also get the impression Josh didn’t play, but couldn’t tell you why I get that feeling.
