Octavio's nickname is Tavo.


Octavio was last seen in Torrance, California on June 15, 2003. He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Leticia Polanco Sabalza, aka Alma Polcanco. A felony warrant was issued for her on July 18, 2003. They may be in Mexico.
