Jerry Woodruff Jr. was reported missing Monday from north Columbus. He was last seen at Riverside Hospital around 4 p.m.

Woodruff is a white male, 5'7", weighs 125 pounds and has grey hair and brown eyes. When last seen, he was wearing a grey and white plaid flannel jacket over a red OSU sweatshirt, a Cleveland Browns baseball cap and glasses. He also has a full beard.
