Tony McCollister, a former cast member on A&E’s short-lived 2015 series Neighbors With Benefits, was arrested in Warren County and charged with pandering obscenity involving a minor and engaging in sexual conduct with animals, according to local authorities.

Court filings obtained by the outlet show that McCollister lives at a home just outside of South Lebanon, Ohio, owned by a woman named Erica Grove. Court records obtained by WLWT state that Grove is also facing a misdemeanor charge of sexual conduct with an animal, and was served with a court summons on Dec. 23.

According to an online docket, McCollister entered a plea of not guilty on Thursday, and requested an evaluation of his mental state at the time of the alleged offenses.

The indictment against McCollister alleges he caused a minor to have sexual contact with Grove as part of one of the charges he is facing. In Grove’s case, she is charged with rape and sexual contact with an animal, among other charges.
