I just stumbled over her NCMC poster, she is meanwhile 17, this is not a small child you can control easily. I wonder what kind of stories were told to her when growing up.

He could also be in the Himalayas, India and Nepal.

A previous post of yours in this thread had information about how her father could have traveled to the Himalayas, India, and Nepal. If he took Julia there, it seems like it would be quite possible to keep them off the grid. She may have no idea.

As much as I hate to think about it, I think there's also a possibility he is in one of those locations and Julia is no longer living.

Julia will be 18 on December 18th of this year. She will then be an adult which will end her mother's custody. I wonder if she will reveal herself or stay hidden to protect her father.
