Rape allegations mount against Bill Cosby #4

I wonder if the cast members could sue Bill Cosby for their loss of residual income from the show.
 
Not a rape story but maybe grooming and definitely some weirdness in action:

Looking back, Gouchie said her first unusual experience with Cosby occurred when she arrived at his green room at the arena several hours before his first show. She was stressed and exhausted from the extreme heat and for failing in his request that she buy a specific barrette as a gift from him.

“He began fanning me and asked me to repeat over and over the word ‘wonderful.’ It seemed odd . . . but it was Bill Cosby. It was Mr. Cosby taking care of me, cooling me off, calming me down.”

That sounds like a weird pretend sexual experience.


Then the multibillionaire made a huge number out of giving er a very special present from his recycled promotional gifts:

Once Cosby began his show, he called her back on stage and presented her with a barrette, coincidentally with all her favourite colours. He had re-gifted it from a package he had received earlier.

She teared up.

After the first show, the two sat in the green room and Cosby remarked, “She did good,” as he often addressed her in the third person.

Because women aren't real people you can talk to.



Several months later, he invited her to a show in Vancouver.

“He talked about a gourmet dinner, just the two of us, almost romanticizing it a bit. He asked what I wanted to eat. I’m not a fancy person and I said chicken a la king, and he thought it was hilarious. He told me to wear my hair a certain way for dinner, up and loose and wispy. I tried to follow his rules.”

Trusting her intuition from previous life experiences, Gouchie brought several family members with her to Vancouver, and when she went to meet him in his hotel suite, she took her daughter, a professional animator who was in her early 20s.

Offers to join him on the road — but not as an opening act or a personal assistant — followed, first in Seattle and then Hawaii.

She declined both offers, having just started a new job as a youth worker with the Penticton Indian band.

Then one day the calls abruptly ended. The final call, she said, ended quickly when he slammed the phone down.

I'd say Cosby was trying but got mad and frustrated because she didn't make it easy for him.
 
^^Wow.. creepy cosby was still up to his old tricks just 5 - 6 years ago.
 
Radar says BC is claiming to be legally blind.

Cosby, who won three Emmys for his role in the 1960s series I-Spy and became American’s favorite dad in his sitcom The Cosby Show, is now using his condition in a bid to defend himself.

Radar can reveal the condition was mentioned in a 14-page defamation lawsuit he filed against Johnson in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Dec. 21 accusing her of making up the rape case to generate publicity for an autobiography she was promoting.

And in apparent attempt to highlight the comic’s frail condition, the lawsuit accused Johnson of lying in her memoirs about a 2015 encounter with Cosby at an airport where he appeared shocked about seeing her.

The lawsuit claimed: “Mr. Cosby has suffered from a degenerative eye condition for years which has steadily worsened recently to the point that he is for over a year has been legally and functionally blind.”

Even if he's blind he's not deaf and someone he traveled with could have told him that Beverly Johnson was there.

Sounds like without drugs he's lost and hopeless.

An arrest warrant has been issued for entertainer Bill Cosby for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple employee Andrea Constand at his Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion in January 2004, Montgomery County District Attorney-Elect Kevin Steele said at a Wednesday press conference.

Cosby is expected to be arraigned later this afternoon in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.

"A prosecutor's job is to follow the evidence wherever it leads and whenever it comes to light," Steele said. "Upon examination of all the evidence, today we are able to seek justice on behalf of the victim."

Steele said that Constant "came to consider Mr. Cosby her victim and her friend."
 
Wow, just in time. The statues of limitations would have run out January 1st, 2016.

I'd guess the new evidence has to do with the civil suit depos and the tons of women who have come out to testify that he has a pattern of this behavior.

Castor indicated that there was something in the civil suit depositions that the prosecutors weren't aware at the time.

This might have something to do with it
Cosby has previously said what happened between him and Constand was consensual, but in new court filings last summer Constand said she was in a relationship with a woman at the time. She also called Cosby a "narcissist" who missed cues that she's gay.

I wonder if proof has been unearthed that BC and/or his lawyer covered up the truth or convinced someone to lie or cover it up for him.
Or, perhaps what seems to be impossible to prosecute is no longer, given the number of women who can testify to similar experiences of being drugged and raped by BC.

He admitted penetration in the lawsuit deposition and a history of prior bad acts will mean lots of witnesses....JMO YUCK, I forgot that this happened in his home. Where was Camille? Out shopping. JMO
