I haven’t seen anything on the Henderson Police Department’s Facebook page about a possible date, but I might’ve missed it.

Back in early December 2016, I sent a possible match (Cecile Frances Moch, 19 Y.O.A. 5'3" 100 lbs. Disappeared August 7, 1980 from Santa Barbara, California) to Henderson NV PD and to Santa Barbara CA PD and never got a response from either department. Anyone have any suggestions if I should pursue it further and if so, who should I submit it to? Back in December, Cecile was not on the ruleout list.

I think phone calls are probably the best way to get information/updates from the various PDs around the country... I myself have submitted several potential matches to different PDs throughout the country via email [because I work FT and am generally unavailable for long explanatory phone calls during daytime hours]... and unfortunately have not received any responses, much less follow-ups, at all.

I think they just fall to the bottom of the pile.

That said, I live in Henderson NV, and if you like, I can try to call the Henderson PD this weekend to see if there were any updates and to request the info re: the exhumation

Roxanne has a DNA profile on file and possibly a small, horseshoe-shaped scar to the side of right eye. Her height is listed a 66 inches, a few taller than AGJD. I'm thinking she would be an automatic rule out due to DNA, which aren't listed on the rule out list, but the only way to find out for sure would be to submit it to NamUs.
 
That's a really strong facial resemblance though, especially through the nose, the spacing of the eyes, and the eyebrows. But facial resemblance isn't everything, as we have seen before many times...

IMO she misses the gap in her teeth. Nice to have you searching with fresh eyes!!

I thought about the gap as well; but this is a younger pic of her. There is another pic of her at the link I provided. There was also three years between her disappearance and Arroyo JD's discovery. She may have had dental work/tooth pulled in between?

If i recall correctly, the gap was on one of the side teeth and was not a huge gap; I think small enough that it could not be shown just by the angle of the camera that was used to take Roxanne's picture-
