It is possible a family member other than Brad viewed the body at the morgue. I do not know if her family went there or not. I wouldn't rule out that the cause of death would be impossible to know - many people - lab workers, clerks at Chapel Hill, EMT's, persons transporting the body - it could have been told to someone easily enough but I would doubt the family has said anything if they know.

exactly, RC....i was thinking the same thing....things get leaked, through other avenues, during investigations...

Hi petra! :) Her name was Dr. Melinda Superville. She went missing in Dec. 2005. They were in Houston TX. BTW, the husband's brother is a judge. I still think there's something not right with that suicide ruling, but just my opinion.
Yep, more than suspicious. I don't think that she committed suicide.

Yes and also the poor gentleman who found Nancy, not suggesting he leaked, but there are literally a hundred possibilities. However, I caution you that it is similar to playing whisper down the alley, I would take what you hear loosely until confirmation.

I think his stating he went to the store around 6 to get milk and bread or whatever as well as his, she left to jog between 6 and 7 am is his possible defense that he wasn't there when she left.

It makes him look responsible (getting supplies for the family), he isn't around to notice if his wife was kidnapped, and she looks bad if she did leave before he gets home to watch the kids.

It is eerily similar to Scott Peterson's Laci was probably walking the dog scenario.

I am so sorry you had to go thru that lucky:blowkiss:. I am sure that her parents or syblings would be able to enter the morgue to view her.

Nancy's brother is a police officer in Canada IIRC. He may be included in things out of professional courtesy. JMO

Is anybody watching Nancy Grace?
They had info about where they met and I missed it!!

Does anybody know if he worked at home part of the time? I wonder how a person would have the time to do all the working out that I know it requires for an Iron Man, and still commute to work, put in 8 hours, and then commute home, unwind, have dinner, etc.

Many IT specialists work from home or work out in the field. How could he possibly have even been awake at 4 in the morning after a day like that?

I have heard speculation that it was blunt trama to the head...seems to tie back in with the shovel someone mentioned earlier that he provided the searchers. Could a close friend have driven her out of town parents to the coroners office?

I think it is eerily similar also. Didn't scott not call the police too, didn't Ron have to do it?

I don't know if this was the final straw or if she finally got tired of his totally self-centered ways. If you will read any of his blogs, this guy sounds like a very self-obsessed individual who isn't even married. He makes no mention whatsoever of having a wife or children. He talks about working on his MBA, taking time off from training, getting back to training for his next triathlon. He talks about a few of his fellow triathletes.

I used to compete in marathons and triathlons myself. Training for them is very, very time consuming. If he is working and training, he has time for nothing else. What a life Nancy was leading. Sad and pathetic. I'm sure that Brad didn't want to lose that lifestyle. His home was like a pitstop for him. That's all, IMO.
When I was reading through those blogs I was hesitant to think it was even him since there wasn't any mention of a family, just his ramblings about what he was doing and written to give the impression he didn't have a wife & children. The more we're finding out now it seems he didn't value his marriage, didn't want Nancy but at the same time didn't want her to have the house or children. It's so sad especially for the children.

Interesting point. This may have been his thought process until they discovered the true time on the video/or receipt.

Now you have done it RR I just love Dunkin Donuts and have one at the end of my street. I might have to send my hubby for a large coffee...yum.

gosh, that's what i was thinking....we don't have a DD around here, but there is a Krispy Kreme not TOO far away, LOL....there's not a single sweet thing in the place here...well, if you don't count a box of frosted flakes....

i'll have doughnuts on my mind for the rest of the night now, ugh....saturated-fat-city, which i don't need, lol:no:

I've heard the trip to the store was around 4am, but LE isn't confirming it. He said Nancy left to go jog at 7am, so I think his story is going to be he was home with the children and SODDI while she was out jogging. I definitely don't think that's what happened and Dr. Baden said last night on Greta's show that stomach contents will tell a lot as to when she was killed.

LOL ROTFL- I was reading the posts again backwards you crazy cats, this cracked me up and made me want a coffee cool-lotta.
While you are out getting us a couple of those, would you pick up some donuts, too?! :google: Looks like it could be another long night here! (I haven't finished this thread and have ten to follow up on!)

I understand WTVD stated it was HT and location Brad shopped, but can't find it. The media has contacted me and asked about HT, but I have absolutely refused to disclose what type of store and location. There are so many types of places open 24 hrs around our home.
I may be among the minority on this one, but I would strongly caution you about speaking to the media about information that LE has publicly said could jeopardize their case and won't confirm or deny. You do not want to get yourself a subpoena from the defense. You absolutely did nothing wrong and you are a valued contributor here and I want it to stay that way.:blowkiss: The media can do their own homework, like US!
