I really think she was worried about the computer experts.

I got the idea today that she was shocked about what all they did find on her computer.

From what she discussed with Dr. D, she will probably now be contacted by DT.

Is that Dr Drew you are talking about? I guess I will have to watch his show later, much later. He should have stayed with Loveline I am beginning to think.
Anyhow, I don't know who he is talking to, but George did not have an ex-wife, I am pretty sure.

I have not read the Trial thread for today, but has there been any discussion about the intense way the Inmate and JB had their faces plastered to his laptop monitor the majority of the day today??!! It was shocking to me how intently they were reading his monitor and occasionally grinning about what they read ... and at one point today JB took his laptop up to the podium with him to make a point with the witness ... and at one point today the Inmate reached over and touched the mouse pad so the screen would light up ...

I totally thought the same thing but Bundy died 1/24/89 so a few years to late

OMG those pictures are frightening - the inmate is the spitting image of a female Bundy. Brings me right back to reality.

Question: ICA met Tony May 31st, 2008

She did the internet searches on March 17th and March 21st.

If the motive is Tony, that can't be true - she hadn't met him yet.

What's your take on why she was searching in March? She hadn't heard about Tony only wanting boys, etc.

How do you like having the Sidebar thread for more casual conversations during the day? We've been trying to keep the Trial thread on task for the trial and this one for more of a general discussion. I'm thinking it's been all good, but wanted you guys to weigh in too. :grouphug:

I like it- much easier to keep up with at work, where I can't watch the actual trial.

I would. I refrain from comments in the trial thread because maybe I am gonna break a rule.
Maybe trial thread should be commentary only... for those unable to watch?
Also for those watching that missed something
That way everyone could catch up much quicker!!

internal injuries, ruptured spleen etc etc do any of you think she was going to
harm her parents?

My first reaction was omg she was planing to kill her parents, that explains her comments to friends about her taking the house over from her parents, somewhere along the line her murderous intentions shifted to poor Caylee.

I KNOW. I wish we could get the Casey Cam. It showed her dead on, from the front having a total hissy fit. And it was really telling because Baez was literally laughing at her, not with her. She was upset and he was blowing her off. Things sure have changed in DT- land. She was yelling about his cross examination I think.

Thank you! I wonder if this was around the time that Cindy was seeing a therapist advising her to kick ICA out of the house (in which Cindy refused). I'll have to go look that up.

We thought about the commentary approach before the trial started, but thought it would be really hard to moderate. That's why we do the individual testimonies in the Trial archive area instead.

We do try to keep the chit chat to a minimum in the trial threads though. A comment here and there, but if it goes off on a rabbit trail, posts are removed.

No one will break a rule unless it's blatant name calling, a name variation, attacking other posters (I've RARELY seen that here! :woot or bashing the players. So, after the url was visited 84 times shocker. Lets think about it for a minute before we assume anything. There was no time frame given for the 84 searches ie over the past 3 hours, over the past 3 days, over the past 3 months. JB went to the podium with a report that said the url was visited 1 time. This was not the witnesses report. SIDE BAR. There are a lot of smiles and it looks like some laughter amongst the participants of the side bar. LDB shows CM and JB a report, and they look it over, and ask a few questions. CM looks amused as does HHJP. JB not so much initially, but then even he is smiling. SIDE BAR ends, and HHJP dismisses the jury. After the jury leaves, the witness looks quizzically at HHJP, as if asking either, what just happened or can I go? HHJP says, they will explain it to you, (indicating the prosecution team), and tells him he will see him in the morning. KC is very animated talking to JB and CM. She doesn't look angry to me, she looks like she is confused about what had just happened. CM talks to her and moments later the escort her out.
So to me, before I jump to any conclusions about the 84 times the site was visited, I am going to wait until JB gets a chance to finish with this witness.

Even if it was 84 times in a year..... how many times does the average person go to a website that has instructions how to make chloroform? What reason could she possibly have for accessing that particular website even once, much less 84 times.... no matter over how long a period.

JMHO
