Being devil's advocate, I could suggest that he was doing this texting away fron the crime scene, oblivious of what was happening to Tori. I wonder if that's what the defence might suggest.

Doesn't explain what he was doing between approx 6pm and 7:52pm though.When there was absolutely no contact between him and anyone on his phone.

I find it interesting that many people are automatically deciding that CS is a victim and/or was manipulated by MR.

What if this "partnership" was something that they planned together?

JMO, but I don't feel like there were enough questions asked of her for me to think that she was/wasn't manipulated and/or was/wasn't a victim.

She testified she was hoping for marriage and a family. MR only saw her 2 or 3 times a week, yet took her money. Yes, maybe a partnership they planned together based on MR's promises of exclusivity and love. I mean really, he was going to dancing school to make a better life for them, she wasn't going to have to do this for long. Just till he graduated and got a good job. Ya know.... the car will be paid off soon and then you cut back some......

CS was a victim of MR's lies and his cheating ways - to put it bluntly.

I doubt anyone was looking at him. All eyes were on her and the jury.

Why didn't any reporter state what Rafferty did when CS said what she said today?

I believe it was reported that he was deadpan. The previous day when her name came up he was scribbling like crazy, so he probably had a long discussion about it with his lawyer and he told him to just show no reaction for the jury.

Until this case is over and justice is served I will not be able to focus on my work, home, or life. I have dedicated my time to see justice be served.

I have waited for 3 yrs and I am sure the parents have suffered this whole time and I will not shut my trap until I find out what happened.

I may not get all the truth but I can read between the lines and IMHO Michael Rafferty is GUILTY. There is no doubt in my mind that he just continued on with his day like nothing happened.

Makes me want to puke.
