Nah, I think that anal sex was definitely JA's thing. I was in my earlier life almost a goody two shoes, but then had my fair share of experiences during my early 20's when I was trying to 'discover' myself, :blushing:, and I never had a guy actually come out and 'ask' for that. Any decent guy isn't going to do that, unless maybe he's with a paid escort / prostitute. Call me naive, but there's just no doubt in my mind that JA was the initiator. She would do anything, anything, to lure a guy into her web. As vulgar and open as she is concerning sex, I would also bet she was always extremely 'loose', and still wonder if she didn't work as a prostitute at times. I can just see her hitting all the truck stops on one of her many famous road trips. As many as she took, she had to do something to pay for them. JMO

I agree...several have joked about it...but if I had said yes, I think it would have scared 'em to death. With a lot of guys, it's one thing to think and fantasize about it...but a whole 'nother thing to actually go through with it!

For example if she paid an electric bill on June 1, but then the next check was written to TA and dated in May...don't remember the date on the $200 check onTA's desk..this could be another indicator of JA's pre meditation.

I'm calling BS on that whole story, I believe the phone was being held by mom or well hidden by Jodi somewhere else until she decided she could use it in her defence. I would LOVE to know more about that whole thing, but at this stage I think that's another example of Jodi controlling things from the inside.

You know, I am really confuzzled about the whole burglary thing. Does anyone know if the original report of the burglary is posted somewhere or can someone tell me who, if anyone, testified about the burglary so I can try to find the footage? Also, when JA was arrested, she had the car packed to leave Yreka - can someone tell me whose car she was driving? I thought her infinity had beed repo'd and the bmw's tranny was toast? I've been wondering about that rope. I don't see how a rope can be tied to a sleigh bed. It doesn't have the bed posts. Did'nt JA say he or she was tied to it at one point?

ya um, the rope was really long, really really long, and so um they had to stretch it from the bathroom, all the way down the hall into the bedroom, and um the hallway is bigger than a jail cell that people live in, and um, so then he, he um cut it, he cut it with a knife, he had to cut the end to make a noose for a hand, yeh, um, cause he had done that before, and um it was really scary, I feared for my life, and so um, hmmm, it's a slide bed right, oh yeah, um we had to wrap the rope around the entire headboard like a big loop, it was just hanging back there, so um yeh... that's basically how the story goes.

I am stunned that Martinez didn't grill Jodi about the checks she wrote to Travis stating that they were loans (when they were car payments) because he was short of cash.

Not sure...think the business account was a phony and money moved from one account to another ...another scam by JA. She had no real business income.

Poor Jodi, it makes more sense to measure it out in the bedroom using the bed to get a clue as to how much would be needed, and not the bathroom. Jodi had to have a explanation of why a knife was in the bathroom. If measured out in the bedroom the knife would of been placed on the dresser or nightstand.

Unfortunately most of the details regarding the BMW have not been cleared up during the trial, and it is basically her word (which is worthless) as to what the arrangements were. And ironically there is no mention of the car in the most recent text messages between Travis and JA. I do believe she owed him money, irregardless of where the car was located, and hadn't been making any payments, therefore the check left on his desk. What is missing, however, is if he was going to take any legal action against her for the damages or if they had a formal arrangement she has not disclosed.

Good point! The check date to Travis was 5/25/08. Doubtful she had any utility bills, however, it would be interesting if it was out of sequence.

Ironic it was dated one day before the text he sent her telling her his true feelings.
