Do you know this or is a "theory"? Exactly!

I don't think one can sign a document agreeing not to testify against someone. I believe a judge can compel anyone with information to testify. Their attorney has stated they both signed an agreement that for now, with no charges pending, they agree to be represented by the same attorney...

Given Klein poor use of spell check and grammar check, I would guess this means chargers but it certainly doesn't jump to new phones purchased for the purpose of disposing of a body.

And theories should be at least based on SOME factual knowledge. As to the THEORY of burner phones, there is NO factual knowledge to base this THEORY on. I'm all for theories as to what could have happened to DeOrr but wild speculation without any factual basis does very little toward bringing...

Can some please post a link where there is an official statement stating there were three PHONES purchased? I get this is a sleuthing site but please...think about what you are posting and how there are those who will see your post, and not any of the back posts, and then believe your...

Just a few points. 1) Klein said phone chargers, not burner phones. If Klein believed they bought phones other than their normal phones, he'd have been all over that a lot earlier. I can't tell you the number of phone chargers I've purchased because I forgot to bring one, or the one in my car...

It's not illegal to have red dye fuel. For certain business purposes diesel is sold at a lower cost. They add the red dye so it can't be retailed. Why the owner of PMP would even sell it is questionable. Unless the red dye thing is another rabbit trail that started as a question and turned into...

Can someone please post a link from an official source that states JM turned off her phone?

Thank you. So many tiny little snippets of information on this case get blown out of proportion. These are the parents of a toddler, they would carry diapers. In the beginning LE was not searching for diapers, they were searching for a missing child. So many people came & went in the early days...

How would Klein know? He never went to the campground until June of this year? SB made the statement they were well supplied for camping. Why is this even an issue?

This one diaper thing came from a comment about TBC asking LE if she could throw away one diaper she found in a trash bag of a church group who had come up to Timbercreek to provide food for searchers. Nothing in that one statement said there was only one diaper at the campsite or that the...

Timbercreek campground is not part of the National Park Service. It is under the control of the Forest Service or BLM. Very different rules for each.

If you map directions on google maps you will see that it is far more than an hour and a half drive between the two. From Idaho Falls to Montpelier is 137miles and depending on the route taken it is 2 hr 6 min to 2 hrs 45 min. From Idaho Falls to Timbercreek campground it is 2 hrs 15 min by...

I'm sorry, I must have misunderstood your post then. The Klein put it in his "report" he makes it sound as though Bonneville and Lemhi Counties were assisting him with everything, when in actuality they pointed out a few places to run the dog and made a phone call to TBC.

You would have to know small town Idaho to see that it isn't all that unusual to have an arrangement like this. Especially if the same person owned both business. Leadore is a tiny little town, about 100 people in population.
