Well done to Juan Martinez, Esteban Flores, and those jurors who returned the right verdict. I hope the spirit of Travis Alexander haunts Jodi Arias every day until they stick the needle in her arm.

This is what she has all day to do in jail. You'd think that out of the cell, she'd actually want to pay attention to the proceedings she precipitated. If I was on the jury, my question in the basket would be: while you were testifying, did it strike you as odd that the defendant was pretending...

Maybe she's signing copies of her manifesto.

Jodi, you can pretend to not be paying attention to Deanna, which simply confirms the diagnoses mentioned by Dr. DeMarte, but at the end of all this: of you and Deanna, only ONE of you is going to be able to go to Starbucks.

Imagine being on this jury, and investing so much of your time to perform your civic duty, and have the defendant, even if pretending, ignore the proceedings in favor of coloring or drawing or spirographing or whatever it is she's pretending to do over there? I would be furious as a juror.

NO! Keep it up Jodi, the jury can see what you're doing too. She knows she's toast in this jury's mind, anyway, so - just like when she was smirking at the prosecutor during cross examination - she doesn't care what the jury thinks about her any more.

Can't help but notice that in the photo on her website, the good doctor looks a little like the defendant.

What we have just witnessed is an epic failure on the part of a desperate defense team. A completely childish display with personal insults lobbed in JM's direction by an outclassed and out-matched defense attorney who frankly is just not very good at feigning outrage. This is one very jealous...

Something troubling about these questions. The DT's insistence on hammering the domestic violence angle appears to have taken root among the jurors, even though there is no corroborating evidence aside from the lying of Jodi Arias to suggest any abuse at all. However, some of the jurors appear...

Clearly, at least some of the jurors get what's been happening. Honestly, I predict a very short deliberation process, a first degree murder conviction and either DP or LWOP. The DT and JA must already know this. It's especially true given that we haven't even heard the rebuttal case and JM's...

My dream juror question: "Why, when Mrs. Wilmott was questioning you, were you able to answer most questions with a simple yes or no, but had no ability to do so under Mr. Martinez's questions?"

I firmly believe this, and I'm willing to take charge of the lobbying effort: since Jodi Arias orchestrated this whole sad sordid ordeal that has all of us hooked, and since her publicly paid defense team has managed to stretch what could have been a 6 week trial into a going-on-four-months...

Next time I'm having one of those "ok...which one of you broke the lamp" moments with my three year old twin daughters, I'm going to call Juan Martinez and ask him to talk with them.
