SB was NEVER left alone and there was an abundance of people staying at the house 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I couldn't see her finding any risk with someone that EVERYONE knew, acquaintance or not, when there were people constantly around and there was barely a moment of rest/sleep.

Both in America and in Canada, once the accused asks for a lawyer, all questioning is stopped, unless a lawyer allows questioning, but can advise his client stays silent. They can drill him all they want, with his lawyer present (if the lawyer and accused allows), or if the lawyer has not...

We also have to ASSUME that they are both staying silent. Just because LE haven't done a PC, or MSM hasn't reported anything, or their lawyers for that matter... doesn't mean that they are staying silent. One or both could be talking and working out a deal. One or both could be talking and...

Having worked in a jail and attended court in my job hundreds of times, I can say that most likely, it will get remanded... over and over and over and over. Annoyingly, while either attorney, asks for more time to gather evidence.
