How is inventing a motive based on a weak assumption different from discounting a theory based on an even weaker assumption?

Where are the rest of BR's gifts, though, and what are they? (Other than the ones still wrapped in the wine cellar, of course.) It can't be assumed that since he might have received more gifts that have never been accounted for, it's unlikely a confrontation concerning sibling rivalry occurred.

If the gifts were tested (big "if"), I don't think that information has ever been released. Same goes for DNA testing of the spoon and tea glass. Strange, IMO.

You think a spoiled child would immediately stop being spoiled the moment he received one much wanted present? Especially when his sister got twice as many presents? IMO, kids tend to think quantity over quality when it comes to receiving gifts.

Come on now, be fair. Other DI theorists ignore everything and anything that doesn't seem normal with BR because it doesn't jibe well with their theories. At least BDI takes PR's issues into account at all.

It's more likely JBR was on her stomach when she was strangled as evidenced by the urine stains on the front of her underwear and on the carpet in front of the wine cellar door. (Urine is released from the bladder upon death.)

I believe Abigail had an Instagram account, which is most commonly used with phones (unless she used a tablet for social media purposes).

Now that we know the photos of BG are stills from a video that is said by LE to have been taken by Liberty, I'm assuming Abigail can be seen on the other side of the camera somewhere in the video that LE is not releasing to the public, indicating that Liberty is the person filming.

It's also odd that BR jumps directly to the night of the murder when asked, "What was JonBenet's favorite snack?"
