Yes, C is in custody until his hearing on 5/25/16. He was picked up 5/20/16 because he has had a warrant out since 1/20/16 for FTA to pre-trial for his 6/1/15 crime.

We do? I haven't seen anywhere in his interviews where he says where and who he was living with. I might have missed it. I've seen SM that indicates the exact opposite.

I think I might be confused. I thought the IJ thing was because of racial comments made at some point and I thought the RM thing was because CRjr hit RM car with his. Were both IJ and RM present for the "fight" that didn't happen?

No one was followed home from the post office. She was pulled over and taken back to Readers office and questioned and let go. Then after that they got a search warrant for the property on Beavers Creek Road. So if it's really important to figure out the people with a shatter lab, then go to...

Thank you!! I keep seeing so many people talking about trail cams and never once have I seen any indication that there were any at all. Another one of those ideas that someone mentioned a while back that has become a "fact"

When doing a very generic search of the last name Rhoden you get 81 results. Of the 81 results, on 11 of those are Sheriff. 70 are OSP or n/a. Of the 11 Sheriff, only 6 of them are for people who were murdered. One for CR, 3 for DR and 2 for KR. The other 5 are for other Rhoden members not even...

He is not employed. He had to turn in his gun and badge and also it's noted on the docket that he had to turn in uniforms as well.

I think the original poster was just referring to the fact that there are actually many Hatfields and McCoys in the area and that I think the Rhodens are distantly related to some and even have members of both Hatfields and McCoys on their friends list. That's how I took the original post.

Live with family maybe? I'm not sure. Perhaps to get away for the safety of his child. I'd think that he probably isn't liked by friends and family of the two people he murdered.

Yes, he has been out. One of the reasons he told the court that he needed to be out was to care for his 18 month old child. He tried to get bond lowered but the Judge said no.

He also waived his right to a speedy trial... Poor murderer is afraid he will be found guilty and have to go to jail.

They vacated the original trial date of 7/1 and continued the pre-trial until then. As of 5/18/16 - today he was still in town because he asked the court for some of his things back. It's looking like the kill for money and flee wasn't what he was up to.

There is a Rhoden living in California too... But I don't think they are involved either. She is on Pike court records. Honestly, I kind of think the mailing from California was somewhat of a setup. Who in there right mind orders that much marijuana in one box?? Did you see how high the stack...

Yes, sort of. It means that the case is dismissed without dismissing it on the merits. It's used so that the original party can bring again the action if needed as you said and the defendant can't plead res judicata. Most people know that as double jeopardy.
