    GUILTY Australia - Andrew, 45, Rose, 44, & Chantelle Rowe, 16, slain, Kapunda, 8 Nov 2010 #6

Jason Downies image has been plastered on the news and newspapers in South Australia, so would that mean a suppression is lifted on his identity? he appeared via video link on the 2nd, and although i was out of the country i have been told that his alibi didnt stick and he is being charged with...

im pretty sure the defence team can delay the trial if they require more time to compile evidence

he was good friends with CR.if he went into hiding after the murders her and his friends and family would find that suspicious.i believe he wanted to get away with what he did so he acted like ppl would expect him to.thats why he placed flowers at the scene and offered condolences to chris and...

i think maybe the police have that part wrong, in regards to the killer sticking around for over an hour after the deaths. id assume he went to the ROWES without any intention on killing them, he may have been drunk, drugged up or just angry and he couldnt handle being rejected by CR anymore and...

The white letters indicate what needs to be photographed (usually blood, body, highly visible things), the cones indicate evidence that may not show in photographs therefore need to be properly examined on the actual scene, in this case footprints on a gravel path. Source - i myself am a...

"South Australian police are hunting for a knife and blood-stained clothing as they investigate the murder of a couple and their teenage daughter in the state's lower north." quoted from various forums, news sites. this indicates he left the scene with these items, considering the barbaric...

by looking at the blood trail, would the markers be too close together to consider it to come from shoes? you would assume he would have been in a hurry so wouldve walked away from the scene as quick as possible,so i dont see the shoe/blood trail scenario matching..my oppinion only :) i think...

SPOT ON! due to the complexity of this case there are thousands of possible scenarios that may have lead up to the deaths of the rowe family. because NONE of us were in the house when they were killed we can only post information that we have recieved from sources, or what we think to be true...

4 hours at a police station where there are fatalities is quite normal. there was a road fatality in eudunda where my girlfriend knew the victim and we were at the police station from 1am until 730am :)

because her body was found naked, obviously without her consent, that can also be classified as sexual assault. police havnt revealed exactly what evidence they have to base this charge on.

towards the beginning of investigation news channels interviewed an officer (before an arrest was made) and he stated that the killer/s looked to have stuck around after the scene for at least an hour after the fact, there was also indication (not from interview) that there was bloodied towels...

i agree, he hasnt confessed. If he has, then clearly he must have withdrew it with advice from his lawyer while they explore an alibi scenario.

he is being charged with sexual assault also, so to me that says he went there with the intention of at least raping CR. CR is believed to be murdered first, which tells me he had the murder weapon on him as he arrived considering she let him in OR he sexually assaulted her, maybe even...

nobody picked him up. News footage showed police marking an individual blood trail leaving from the house. keep in mind the killer was in the house for almost an hour after the attacks to clean himself up, but evidently he must have forgotten to clean either the murder weapon or his own wounds...

from what ive heard, the accused was dropped off at the rowes house carrying a bag of clothes by someone who came forward after hearing about the murders. the person who indicated that it may be the accused didnt have their identity revealed to the public due to potential reprocussions..in a...

That could coinside with the rumours he was publicly humiliated at the party the night before. Also my brother worked at scholles for three years handling wine bags so il see if he can ask anyone that he still may know there if they know anything.probably irrelevant to case id suggest
