    WOW,,, what area do you live in in this city? JMO but you have spooked yourself lol maybe take a break from reading this for a bit. Sarnia is very safe theres very little crime here and drugs are rampid everywhere. I just moved here 2 years ago from London and if you want to see drugs go there...

    VERY STRANGE!! that is definately IMO a man made temporary fence of some sort, you can see the posts or gaps every 4 or 6 feet apart?? I have seen these on construction sites or when working on water mains etc. HHmmmm

    IMO that is a temporary fence made with tarp material so crime scene pics show up better and snow cannot blow onto the scene etc

    I think theres more weirdos out there than we think! just most dont go through with it.... not sure its anything we will understand or know except they need meds. How could anyone ever hurt an animal? i dont know if i could hunt even if im starving.
