well I watched all the trials.

PM certainly got what he deserved in the Conspirsy case to kill the Levines and for the fraud on the law firm,,but I didnt see anything in the murder trial that convinced me beyond a reasonable doubt that he killed her.Lots of suspect stuff but nothing beyone a reasonable doubt.

Judge rules Perry March indigent....

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- It has now been officially ruled that convicted murderer Perry March is too poor to pay for his own appeals.

Hi close! Thanks for the update.

Do you know if the American courts took into account his money and property in Mexico?

In any case, I'm glad he can't afford an expensive attorney for the appeals process. (Not that it would help anyway!)

sounds like Judge Dozier didn't?? :silenced:

In court, the district attorney showed documents that March was planning on opening a bank account in Belize with an opening deposit of $100,000.

The documents also showed a plan to deposit $2,000 a week beginning six years ago.

The DA also presented taped conversations where March hinted to his wife that he had serious money stashed away.

However, Dozier said that evidence wasn't enough, and suggested March may have money stashed, but it did not prove anything.

The judge wrote the following in Tuesday’s ruling:

"There has been no showing to the court that the defendant has access to any of the funds or that they even exist."

If there are assets in Perry and Carmen March's name, the court cannot order Carmen March, who is living in Mexico, to liquidate assets to fund March's appeal.

Thanks, that is good.Doesn't matter how old you are if you are culpable. He is, time has run out on his culpability. Pay for this Arthur and if you pay with your life that is good too. Then, answer to our Lord. No free passes for murderors or those that seek to conceal. Nor those that conspire further.

This is one family that never needs to breed again.

Janet's children will forever in their hearts know and will forever in their hearts know that her legacy will carry forward. To the Levines if you ever read here...we are with you in your spirit. We are with you in your resolve. Not a single moment did I doubt what you went through and the abhorrent behavior of these cretins. I am so sorry for your pain.

I hope everyday has some sunshine. I hope that you know that Janet is in our hearts. I hope you know that someone out there thinks about you.
Authur March dies in federal prison.

I hope this doesn't sound too ugly, but I hope they don't even consider letting PM attend Arthur's funeral. Let the magnitude of his actions finally hit home.

I can't say that I'm sad that Arthur March has died in prison as I feel that is where he belonged. His son is a product of his parents as I feel that the apple didn't fall far from the tree, in this case.

I hope that the Levines do not allow either of Arthur March's two other children to take the grandchildren to any sort of memorial. Ron seems ready to pick up where his father left off.

If the kids do want to go to a memorial they should be escorted by the lawyer who is their advocate or a member of the Levine family.

Considering what Arthur March has done to the extended family it might be best if they just skipped having any service. He should have told Perry to turn himself in over a decade ago, and if Perry refused, he should have called the police himself. What a family history.

I couldn't agree more. Arthur not only should have turned his murderous son in to LE, he also should have asked Perry to leave the Mexican retirement venue so as not to injure his reputation. Bottom line: Arthur was a and Perry learned from his lap. I couldn't possibly imagine the Levines allowing their grandchildren to attend a memorial service, considering that he went after/chased them with a gun and threatened them "you'll never get out of Mexico alife." What, are you kidding?

I have real mixed feelings about this.On one hand,,I dont know what I would do if my son came to me with something like killing his wife.I am sure I would not help him bury the body. But something about AM helping out his son in such away shows a lot of character in the man.But then I look at him trying to conspire to kill the levins and then rolling over on his son and I think,,let him burn in hell.

Helping your son move the body of his wife whom he murdered SHOWS CHARACTER??? Yikes!!

If Perry wanted to be free to do as he pleases and go where he wants he might have started with NOT KILLING HIS WIFE and NOT CONSPIRING WITH HIS FATHER TO KILL THE LEVINES. That's just a start.

I agree that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and in this case it is my opinion that the tree killed Perry's mother and got away with it. I believe that Perry thought he could do the same and he almost succeeded.

So Perry killed his wife correct? Its been awhile since I have read anything on this. He got away with it awhile didnt he? Did his father help him get rid of her body? If so and he never said anything about his sons involvement then he got what he deserved, I hate to hear of anyone dying but if he helped he is almost as bad as perry. JMO

Character in terms of helping his son no matter what the cost is what I meant.

I don't think that "helping" your son who has commited murder by moving the body shows a quality of character.

I would never "help" my daughter move a body she killed. That's not really helping her at all. That's sick. Calling the authorities and providing her with the best legal counsel I could afford while being as loving and supportive of her (not her crime) would be my idea of helping her.

Exactly. Being emotionally supportive but not condoning the crime would show real character.

Real character is exhibited by David Kazinski who recognized that his brother Ted was the Unabomber and turned him in because it was the right thing to do, and might, and did save life and limb.

There have been other examples of people who turned in loved ones because it was right. And some have criticized these people for putting a principle and the lives and safety of others above blood.

What Arthur March did was more suitable for a member of the Mafia than a responsible, respectable human being, which he surely was not.

IMO it is on a spectrum, a continuum of despicable behavior which includes the lying and protecting done by the Peterson parents, albeit further along on the continuum, but with the same purpose: protecting a killer relative, with absolutely no regard for the innocent victim, the one the killer SHOULD have been protecting.

I hope Arthur March is burning in hell right now and one day will welcome his disgusting spawn Perry into the fire with him. JMHO
