Five Afghan teenagers have been convicted of gang-raping a boy in Sweden - but none of them will be deported because their homeland is 'too dangerous', it has emerged.

The victim, who is under 15, was filmed during the attack, which happened in woodland in Uppsala, south east Sweden.

He was beaten and dragged out to the forest at knife-point before being subjected to an ordeal lasting more than an hour, prosecutors say.

After a trial, the teenagers were found guilty of aggravated rape - but despite requests by prosecutors, they will not be expelled from Sweden because of their age and the dangers they would face in their homeland.

Great start in the new homeland! No doubt Swedish society will benefit from their presence in years to come.
And they are probably well over 16 and 17 too.
 
"Israel has issued severe travel warnings for India, citing an 'immediate and severe' risk to Western tourists.

Messages on twitter now saying that Daily Mail got it wrong:

The rapists will not be expelled, and nor will they go to prison.
Since they allegedly are under 18 they will get youth care / youth custody which is psychological counselling and the like.

Sometimes I think the terrorists outguess us. It seems they will not attack on the particular day or time we think they will but it will happen either before.... like it did in Germany before Christmas or it will happen a few days after a holiday has passed. I think they may think our security agencies will think since nothing happened on a memorable date/day such as Christmas or New Years they will let their guard down thinking the threat is over when it really isn't.

With these type of terrorists its never over for them. They are continuing to plot and plan our demise if we are what they perceive as infidels.

I think about semis being used now as deadly lethal weapons and it terrifies me for our own country. We have more semis on the roads I would suspect than any other part of the world. Millions of truckers drive semis daily bringing our goods to us. What is even more frightening is if a lone wolf terrorist took a hazmat truck driver hostage or killed him/her in order to take his/her truck. Then he/she would not only have a 80,000 pound truck to do major damage with but if the trucker had chemicals in pressurized bottles/canisters on their load they could go off like lethal bombs if he/she decided to wreck the truck crashing it into other vehicles or even concrete support pillars that hold up many of our overhead overpasses or bridges. If that happened it would be catastrophic with a huge loss of life.

Its not if its going to happen here ......its when.

An ISIS general has returned to Europe along with 400 of his most trusted soldiers disguised as refugees. After suffering defeat in the Middle East, the men are returning to the continent to carry on jihad in European capitals.

Kosovan Lavdrim Muhaxheri was once a NATO soldier and in the past has appeared in videos decapitating a prisoner as well as killing another with a rocket. The men say they crossed into Europe as refugees so not to be identified. The U.S. State Department designated Muhaxheri as a global terrorist.

“Numerous jihadists are returning to Europe and the Balkans, aiming to hit the old continent at its heart. Some of them are being identified by security services, but many others manage to cross the borders without being identified,” reports the Daily Mail.

Pedraz reveals that the group, who planned to finance the attack with drugs, had been radicalized months before by an iman.

The two jihadists arrested last December 28 in Madrid, along with other terrorists who remain on the run, planned a massacre in the Spanish capital.
This is confirmed by the judge of the National Court, Santiago Pedraz in the records of the 'Serkan operation' that COLPISA has had access to. Documents with a much more disturbing story than the official version of the Ministry of the Interior, who until now maintained that there are no indications that the arrested people planned any action and that the group has already been "neutralized."

Far from this version, the magistrate, who echoes the reports of the intelligence services, points out that the jihadists tried to attack in the capital of Spain and that the cell is by no means dismantled because there are still various escapees who have several guns In their possession, apart from the missing kalashnikov.

In one of those videos, the jihadists expressed "even threats about violent acts in emblematic places in Madrid." The dates of those hypothetical attacks did not become clear at any moment.

Pedraz said that the members of this cell "edited" the audiovisual production pointing to the capital of Spain. The judge described this recording with "images of the Puerta del Sol, background music similar to the one used in Daesh propaganda videos, as well as the black flag linked to this organization." The recording - concludes the judge - contains "a serious threatening attitude against the physical integrity of the inhabitants of Madrid".

Two alleged extremists taken into custody in Germany in connection with attack plot

BERLIN -- Police in central Germany detained two men they described as known Islamic extremists on Thursday in an investigation of suspected plans for an attack.

The men, a 27-year-old Algerian and a 23-year-old Nigerian whose names weren't released, were detained during early-morning searches in and near Goettingen. Both men live in the city and have long been part of the Salafist scene there, police said.
Twelve properties were searched in the operation. Information about a possible attack plan had accumulated in recent days to the extent that officials decided to take quick action, Goettingen police chief Uwe Luehrig said.

In a separate case, federal prosecutors said Thursday they have charged three Syrians with being members of a terrorist organization. The men, ages 18 to 26, are believed to have been sent to Germany by IS as a possible "sleeper cell" and were arrested in September.

Prosecutors say that the three, who travelled to Germany in November 2015 via Turkey and Greece, were given passports by IS along with a "high four-figure sum" of cash in U.S. dollars and cellphones with a pre-installed communication program.

The teenager was the girlfriend of one of the other suspects, who is 22, according to reports.

Both are said to have been known to the authorities because of their links to radical Islam.

t said around 70 grams of the explosive TATP were found, as well as other bomb-making materials.

TATP is the same explosive used in the 2015 attack on Paris and the March 2016 attack in Brussels.

Jalloh is one of more than 100 people in the U.S. to be charged with terror offenses connected to the Islamic State since 2014, according to George Washington University's Extremism Tracker, and one of seven from the northern Virginia area alone to be charged in the past two years.

Jalloh, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Sierra Leone, had traveled back to Africa with his father in 2015. While there, he met an ISIS recruiter. In August 2015, Jalloh traveled from Sierra to Leone to stay with the group's facilitator. He intended to travel to Libya to join ISIS, but the plans fell through.
