Judge telling baez that 13 felony counts are proper but 13 punishments would be unreasonable
he is going to consider forgery of the check to be primary offense, 3,6, 9, and 12 are the forgery with be a adjucation or guilt and time served count 2 should be at least 1 countadjucation of gulty 412 days served and adjucation of guilty on grand theft as well
 
Am I hearing this right...Time served on everything?

Withhold adjudication and time served and is issuing probation of 1 year. We can't withhold adjudication without probation.

Judge is withholding on some counts and sentencing one year probation if released. Counts 5, 8, 11. No contact with Amy. $348 court cost, plus cost of investigation $5,517.

He said she needs to submit DNA.
