Also, since the babydoll, "mama" was found without clothes and also a kitchen knife was also in the trunk, could KC have used the knife to "spread" Chloroform on the babydoll's clothing and said here Caylee give mama a hug night night? For the life of me I can't imagine what the kitchen knife was used for. Thoughts anyone?

Okay here is my theory - it is very simple:
Casey and mom fight over money, responsibility and custody of Caylee in early June, by June 9 they made the split from each other official and Cindy gives tough love, Casey leaves with Caylee (this is why this date was said by both, it was a pivotal date in both their minds).
From June 9th to June 15th - KC has been leaving Caylee asleep in the car, by giving her chloroform to keep her asleep, she checks on her from time to time, while her BF is at school she feeds her. By June 15th Caylee was back in CA's house for father's day only, then on June 16th she is back in KC's care, KC had no plan of action. The flurry of calls on June 16th are attempts to get them to take Caylee back so she can do her thing, she needs them to baby-sit again, she needs money, but they ignore her calls due to tough love.
KC with no plan of action, she wasn't working, she had no place to live, no money and she had a new man who thought she was the bomb. She steals money to support her fake image. She is getting overwhelmed and gives Caylee a fatal dose of chloroform so she can go out and leave her sleeping, Caylee dies either by accident or on purpose, she places her in the trunk and tries her best to forget about her until she figures things out.
In late June or July she has to dispose of the body due to the close call with GA and the gas cans she stole to FUEL her car. She drives a long distance and dumps her in a body of water no where near her home, on her drive back she runs out of gas and leaves the car at the AMSCOt, she knows the car stinks and she collects garbage from the nearby dumpster and leaves it in the trunk to mask the smell.
The rest of the time between late June early July she is spent lying to everyone and making mistake after revealing mistake. She is so bold and arrogant that she thinks she can play this out for a while until she devises a new story and plan.
When Cindy finds her - she is prepared with a story, but not prepared to not be believed.

i was thinking about this last night, what do i believe happened. i think that cindy and george kicked her out or she left after the fight on the 15th. i believe that the flurries of calls on the 16th was her trying to get back into her parents good graces so she could take caylee back home to them so they could take responsibility for her and she could go about and do as she wanted again. no one answered their phone and i think thats because perhaps at this time her parents were really serious and were still mad at her. i noticed she didn't call lee which makes sense because i don't believe he was there nor involved in their fight.
i notice this family is very violent either they push, shove or grab for a hammer when mad. i think after she couldn't get a response from her parents perhaps besides being mad at her parents for not responding, she got upset with caylee crying or asking for cindy that she either hit her or shoved her enough that she hit her head. perhaps wasn't killed, might not even have had any blood. caylee still kept crying so casey used the chloriform on her to make her sleep. its possible that when hit or shoved caylee had actually gotten a concussion. sleeping while having a concussion is dangerous and can lead to death. perhaps this is what happened. after that i'm not sure what happened haven't gotten that worked out in my head yet.

I think most of us have come up with theories that make this all an accident and Casey covering it up after, I think we do this because we can't imagine a mother outright killing her child, but it happens and it happens a lot and this may be a case where the mother purposely killed her child.

Where did this info that the doll never wore clothes come from? In many pics with Caylee there is a doll that keeps appearing and she is always dressed. thanks for any additional info on this.

this may have been suggested before - sorry if it has - but if Caylee loved her stuffed animals and dolls so much, could it be possible that KC bought her one and it was named "zanny"? are there any missing that have been mentioned? OR maybe she got a new stuffed animal/doll on AH at Target? Then, it wouln't be a "lie" that she was with "Zanny" technically, so in her warped sense of reality, KC would be telling the truth about that making it easier to stick with that story... and if that were to be the case, I would have to wonder if the missing blackjack is not in that stuffed Zanny as well.

I have read on other chat forums about theories that KC was involved with an escort service/sex ring at Fusion. They may have provided her with a phone & "nanny" so she could do her "job" - in addition that is why she doesn't know who the father is. There is also speculation that the cops who had sex with her were using this service and she really is keeping silent for a reason. More speculation is that something went wrong and they kept her baby... and possibly set her up by placing the body in her car etc. Personally I don't think KC would be covering for anyone anymore with all this media attention... but it's a "theory".

Long time lurker here..I have to say, this is the one theory that sticks out with me so just had to respond. I also do not believe the GPs had anything to do with it, other than CA trying desperately to believe her daughter and the rest of the gang sticking together as a family. I'm not saying it's the right thing to do, I just feel for them with what they've been put through. I also think all the stealing may be part of KC collecting enough to try to get out of town. Why else would you steal from your close friend knowing you're eventually going to get caught. IMO

I don't understand why she would buy stuff at stores if she'd trying to "get out of town". Wouldn't she just get cash, buy gas and drive away. I'm confused by her actions totally... I mean if she accidently killed her and wanted to cover it up wouldn't she just leave and never be heard from again. Her parents would just think they both ran away right!?! Man I wish she'd just confess so I can move on with my life!!!

I think KC is very very arrogant and overly to the point of ridiculously confident. For 31 days she was telling various stories about Caylee being with the nanny to many different people, NONE of these people even questioned her. Her strange work hours and no paycheck did not raise flags because she was stealing to seem normal - Day after the day she continued to live freely with her new bf and no one was the wiser. Even her own parents did not question NOT seeing caylee or speaking to her for 31 days (that is a shock since my mother will not go two days without my son). The reason CA and GA did not suspect anything is because of the huge fight - they were still mad at KC and assumed KC was still mad at them. KC got way too comfortable and I bet she thought she could play this out a bit longer and I will not be surprised if they found out she had another scam in the works that would have given her an end result of lots of cash to leave to Cali.
She did not expect her mother to come slamming into her "safe place" at Tone's house and when she saw her mother, she STILL did not have the ZG story, she sent her mother in circles looking for Caylee, until she was confronted by LEE and then the ZG story spilled out and it was weak.
It still surprises me that people still are believing her lies and I don't blame her for her confidence and arrogance it seems she can do no wrong by mom and pop and they believe her tales.
Good point...I would love to know the conversations between KC and the Marine in California though. Maybe she was preparing or considering, depending on her daily actions and her family and friends reactions, to leave to the west coast. Will also be interesting to see the Target receipts. I wouldn't put it past her to still shop for clothes and stuff. She did steal cash too that we know of. Wonder what else she stole that we don't know of.

I think the kitchen knife was probably used as a tool to break into the shed. Chloroform is liquid, it can't be spread with a knife.

Or maybe she gave it to caylee for protecting when she left her alone in the car - or maybe when they both slept in the car together - I am convinced they slept in the car before. IMHO

I'm still not convinced that the GP;s are necessarily believing her lies. They all know she lies. I'm hopeful that they are, in their own way, trying to extract more info from her, albeit unsuccessfully. I think LE would be pressing down more on them, calling them persons of interest also. I mean, why not call a few more people persons of interest? I'm confident they know or are close to knowing for sure who did the deed and that that person did it alone.
