As a separate comment, I want to say I think that AR believes Chevy is Gagnon, not MJ whom we know it is....jmo.

Holy cow, and how your "stuff" was stolen by your GF and used by her dad to frame you for murder? So far I'm only seeing the BF as an unknowing poor schmuck in the entire sick episode. That could really mess a guy up for life.

Of course we could find out later the BF is involved up to his neck in this the way the case is going.
 
Let us hope that Brooke is the impetus for many changes in VT and elsewhere. This should open many eyes even eyes that refuse to see.
MJ's wife had to know something was going on - women know these things, right? She was either afraid of him or turned a blind eye. Hate to say it but he doesn't look very bright but then - looks are deceiving.
I hope VT sticks to turning over every rock, boulder, computer, and follows the trail to clean up the filth in and around that house and or other houses that are involved. :mad:
My question: when Gagnon called Texas to have his landlord dump his safe with pornographic material he evidently compiled -have they found the material? And will the landlord be charged since he realized what was in the safe and still tossed it out?
 
I am just horrified at how this is unfolding. Have been watching, listening ..but not posting as I had a new grandchild on the way.. And he is beautiful just born on the July 1st. I think that this is going to unfold into even larger areas..how did these perverts exist for so long and only get their wrists slapped and then early parole. We need to stop this behavior now.. it is obvious generations are involved here..and for not this horrible crime against Brooke..gone on forever. When will we learn that this type of pedophile can not and will not be rehabilitated? There should be a national bill after this..not state by state but national..once a pedo always a pedo...lock them in an asylum and be done..or fry them..but don't release them.

Nancy Grace just said that she assumes that there would be immunity for the girl (AR) if she testifies. And the lawyer she was questioning agreed it was likely. RIDICULOUS! I understand she was likely brainwashed, but give me a break!

Man I wish oh wish I was in TX-we are talking about a safe here....it can be found. It is buried or in a pond or in a warehouse-not in a dumpster.

That is common in complaint affidavits - almost always boilerplate language. It is true that the agents will keep their information limited to what is most important to give to the judge for the complaint, and not give additional info. Rightly so.

The way internet passwords were handed out, I wonder if the truth was that the combination to the safe was given to the landlord and he disposed of the laptop separately from disposal of the safe...

Just so you know...I wasn't woohooing this horrible thing he purchased. I reread that comment I made and wanted to clarify it. It was because you saved it before it faded to black, so to speak. You are always on the job.

It is the one I figured tho which is even worse. It would inflict severe damage while keeping her completely restrained and was one of the cheaper ones to be able to do so. I would like it to be used on him from now until the day they inject him so the only relief he gets from dying is to stop the pain of torture. He is deserving.

I am going to be sick now.

AR did not know it was MJ behind ANY of the names on the computer. She could freely talk about those "men" to MJ because they were all in "Breck" tho. No reason for code language.

Exactly my thoughts also..making lots of money and enjoying this heinous activity at the same time.....I want to first cut off their balls, no painkillers given, then hang them from the highest tree in that own. How dare they do this for generations..how dare they hurt innocent people!!!

All sex crime perps should be castrated..no counseling it does no good..this isn't something you can think or talk someone out of...just cut off their balls..and still keep them in jail so they don't influence the next generation.

We knew you were not cheering about the device, SS and you absolutely got it right that this was going to do some damage if it was in fact used on poor Brooke-and if it was used on her, then the damage was completely intentional of course and there was absolutely no plan to let her live.

So what is the payout for any video of this and who has MJ's hard drive? Do you think whatever the score was happened to be worth the DP or life without parole in a federal prison?

Getting back to a time line, they had about how many days to disappear the hard drive before the feds started catching up with them???

It is getting worse up in Vermont, as some in the green mountain state have launched a counter attack to defend Judge Edward Cashman, who sentenced 34-year-old man Mark Hulett to 60 days in prison for raping a six-year old girl over a four year period. Hulett is set to get out March 4th.
And now we learn that Hulett's best friend is also accused of abusing the little girl. 33-year old Derek Kimball has been charged with sexual assault. No trial date has been set.
Not only did Hulett rape the girl himself, but he may have set up another man to do the same thing. And Hulett gets 60 days.
Judge Cashman should have been gone last week, but so far no Vermont official has moved against him. And his boss, Superior Court Judge Amy Davenport, who could transfer him to civil court has refused to do.
