A subpoena (pronounced /səbˈpiːnə/ or pronounced /səˈpiːnə/) is a writ issued by a court that commands the presence of a witness to testify, under a penalty for failure.

Does anyone know if BL had any life insurance policies on Shaniya? Just curious is all.

Not sure if you missed this (still catching up)...but, he was paying child support.

I always found the statement by Mr. Coleman as odd because "who was Brad paying child support too?" Brad had Shaniya up to October 9, 2009 when the aunt took Shaniya to her mother's place?"

I could see Brad paying child support to his ex in-laws as they have custody of the two children from his previous marriage, but I certainly can't figure out why Brad was paying child support to AD, unless this occured between Oct 9 to Nov 10th.

Although we may never know if what Mr. Coleman states OR if the media reports it correctly about child support as fact unless we peek inside Brad's checkbook.

The media had posted the October 31 drop off by the aunt and the phone call and that one still is "lingering out there" and no one is talking about it.

Before Shaniya's death, Lockhart was paying child support on three children, including Shaniya and two of the children from his marriage.

"I would have kept Shaniya, but he never asked me," Phyllis Coleman said. "After all, I kept his (other) three children.''

Here is some misinformation I believe. It never said in the arrest warrant who she was sold to.

Police have accused Antoinette Davis of selling her daughter to McNeill as a sex slave. She has been charged with human trafficking, felony child abuse-prostitution, filing a false police report and obstructing a police investigation. McNeill has been charged with first degree murder, first degree rape of a child and kidnapping

Now I'm going to ask another question ~ if AD had specifically sold Shaniya to McNeill and there was proof of it, couldn't he also be charged with human trafficking and child abuse - prostitution, as she is?

I think the sexual servitude law was created to bust the pimps that are using underage girls with a greater crime then there was on the books. The law covers a pimp getting money for the sexual use of child under 18.
