IF Brianna's body was "posed" when it was found, that would make me think she wasn't his first kill. In a first kill he would want to despose quickly and leave no sightings.
This perp could be from another area. That maybe why they are bringing up the Atlanta case.
He seems to have "graduated" quickly to taking a woman home after raping her, to strangulation and posing a victim and leaving his calling card (panties). This pervert is online alot, on *advertiser censored* sites and probably chat rooms, and probably asking strange women to mail him their panties.
I hope the FBI is looking for related victims in the country, if there has been any. After a body is decomposed, maybe its difficult to see if they are posed, am not sure.
This stood out for me: "With the tremendous amount of community support from Brianna, high attendance is anticipated.
Given the limited parking availible, the RTC and the Brianna Denison Memorial Volunteers are asking those wishing to attend the candlelight vigil to park in the south parking lot at Meadowood Mall near the RTC RIDE transfer center.
Transportation to the memorial site will begin at 5.45pm."
How much you wanna bet they're gonna be recording license plate numbers of the cars that park at Meadowood Mall for the vigil?
Do we know factually that the killer posed Brianna, and is there a link for this? I'm sorry if it has been posted, but I can't find it. Thank you KR2tonenow

I'd like to see it too, Nancy Grace was discussing with former FBI profiler
??(name), can't remember last night. That was the information they were deriving from RPD.
Thank you KR2tonenow, Dad, and aj. Then this is not necessarily fact. It may be a fact that was leaked, but until I hear this from a known credible source I will keep this and that the panties were left to taunt the police aside as possibilities. I don't disbelieve either of the statements made. I just don't know if either is fact, yet.

In a memo, more than half of the UNR officers agree their department is understaffed and especially now with the ongoing investigation of the Brianna Dennison case.
***
In this memo officers claim director Adam Garcia has ordered them to escort students each night, to unlock cars and charge car batteries. Officers say they are unable to both perform these tasks as well as patrol on a 24/7 basis yet Garcia disagrees.
"Given everything that's happened over the last month, I expect my officers to provide escort services to the community at UNR." He said.
***
Officers said they couldn't comment on camera because Garcia placed a gag order on them on Monday saying there would be diplomacy action if they spoke to the media.
In light of what's happened, the UNR would be prudent to ask for volunteers from among the student population to provide escort services. This would immediately double their policing efforts and allow the uniformed police to continue to patrol the campus. It wouldn't take much to get this up and running.
I live in a fairly large city, and some years ago our local sheriff added "volunteers in policing" to the department. These are citizens who wear a uniform, drive a marked police car, don't carry a gun, and have light training in police work. They're sent out to take reports of minor problems, freeing up the regular police for more important crimes. It's really been a benefit to the whole community.

Ah, okay, thank you c_e!! I had heard about the condom DNA, but didn't realize it was from the 10/22 attack. Thanks for the info.from what i understand, they found some packaged condoms at the site with the suspects DNA on it...he must have dropped them?
As long as the volunteers provided DNA first, that's a great idea! But, can you imagine if they just accepted anyone, with no testing, and the perp volunteered to keep women safe??In light of what's happened, the UNR would be prudent to ask for volunteers from among the student population to provide escort services.
