Well, I was going to reply back to Jade but I guess she/he did violate the TOS. Everyone please remember the rules :)

Kronk discovered the remains, and his truthfulness in that discovery will certainly be brought forward at trial. As far as "shifting remains" in Discovery documents please give a link, but I seem to recall mention of ground indentation that was thought to represent where the bags/body had been been originally placed to prove they were there for the entire duration of time. If the remains shifted, you open the door to the defense who believes they were not there during the duration.

If there was no water to shift the remains, which through this release of Discovery the State appears to be acknowledging, then Kronk lied about the water. If there was no water in August, then WHEN did the remains get placed there and by whom? The prosecution will have one tough job ahead.
The bones were not in the bag for the most part at the time of discovery...hence the shifting of remains. I'm sure the bones floated and were dispersed by animals. You want links to that...or just a picture of the dump site with all the flags?

Sure do! Henkel duct tape on the poster.

Looks like the prosecutors think that DUCT TAPE that the Anthonys used to hang up the Caylee posters is IMPORTANT!
The news footage that Kathi Belich found of the signs with the duct tape, back on Oct 2, 2009, was part of the EVIDENCE released today.

Who's debating? I merely stated a fact as we know it. I'll wait till someone with experience can intrepret these charts for me 'cause that's something I'm really not that good at.

No problem. The media is unusually quiet. WDBO is out there alone with a brief summary.

"An analysis of water levels in the woods where Caylee's remains were discovered concluded that the area was not inundated with water for most of the period between June 16, 2008 to December 11, 2008. But the analysis did determine that the area was submerged between August 18, 2008 and August 28, 2008."

I'm sure this is not the last we'll hear of it....

You betcha. Allegedly, this tape was only available in Ohio. Since the A's moved from Ohio and now the tape was found on Caylee and now a sign they put up it connects the dots.

See post #112.

I went down and got that today (along with a couple others). This is a request for Bill Shaeffer, who had some surgery in October and is still a little disabled, to sit up front so he can cover the hearing for WFTV.

I'll put it up tonite, WFTV did a quick piece on these motions and may have it u before I do.

THANK YOU MM !!! Did you happen to get copies of those photos released today of Caylee in the Big Trouble shirt??? In color??

Media is fairly quiet because these docs were released late in the day - mid-afternoon - and they haven't had a lot of time to analyze them yet.

For a better understanding of how much water was in this EXACT area, see Valhall's bog. GREAT analysis (done last month, before these docs were released.)

Really...only Ohio...link please?!

Water takes time to build up and to recede, no? I'm not a water expert, but I'm thinking if it was completely submerged Aug 18, then it was probably near completely submerged Aug 11-13.

I need to read this some more.

Sorry if anyone answered this... I haven't finished the thread. Water may have to build up normally... I'm not a water expert at all... but Tropical Storm Fay probably filled that swampy area in less than 4 hours. It rained very hard, very fast here at that time. Here is the link with the dates http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tropical_Storm_Fay_%282008%29 As you can see that storm crossed central Florida on August 18. So it is possible and even likely that the area was NOT under water Aug 11 - 13.

No, they were released as PDF's, not raw pic files, unfortunately.

The SA also have yet to release some WFTV raw footage on DVD with duct tape being used. Can't wait for that! :)

Was just coming to post that link! EXCELLENT read!

(Glad to see you, MM!!!)

Here is a news report

http://www.clickorlando.com/news/20713777/detail.html

Also, in some of the discovery released in the past few months it had the stock and availability of stores it was sold at from the manufacture.
Oh...it was manufactured in Ohio...but sold elsewhere. I do remember reading that there wasn't a huge amount sold. I think the duct tape will be big as well.

ETA: it's nice to see you again, Coley!

Thanks anyway, I'm quite aware there were bones scattered around. But Kronks discovery was not of scattered bones. The bones were found later. Kronk's discovery - bags and a skull - at the "discovery site" is where Caylee's body was originally thought to have been dumped and I'm sure we both know that.

I don't recall reading any Discovery that led me to believe the prosecution had evidence to indicate that the dump site had shifted. The "discovery spot" was what where the remains were discovered on December 11th, so if they had shifted Kronk couldn't have "discovered" them there...are you with me? :waitasec: That exact location was studied regarding the Engineer's Report that's just been released.

Nice to see you too. It's good to come back every once and again before the trial. I'll be back regularly then lol

Yes it was manu. in Ohio but the majority of it was sold in Ohio also.

WFTV, channel 6 and WESH are not reporting this document release so far. I don't know why either.

I wonder when and where the photos of Caylee wearing that T-shirt were taken ?

Looks like Ricardo's house.. he had rock star, right?

If you have proof that the bag was in the exact spot...please provide it. I am not going down this path with you. You want to imply that RK did something other than discover her remains, I believe there is a thread for that. He was not a witness to any crime IMO.

Isnt' that a Guitar Hero guitar she's playing? Thought they did that over at Ricardo's.

And what do we see on the picture numbered at the bottom 12401? Henkel Duct Tape.

haha. oops, I'll shut up now! I really need to not respond to posts until I'm done reading a thread! lol
