Judge says wants to discuss discovery of expert witnesses, asking defense where they are in that.

HHJP asking SA to make sure they have done an inventory to make sure everything has been turned over....in particular, referring to the TES records.

That's what I thought at first too, but didn't another attorney have to submit a request to the court to sit in that area at one of the early hearings (and was denied)???..

HHJP to CM: "Do you have any idea when that list will be turned over?"

CM: Not in a position to answer that today.
