Nothing in the article says it is definative. So Mr.Kempfer can you tell us has the investigation changed to a homicide investigation??
That would be very telling either way as in do they have evidence of a death or not.

If changed to a homicide investigation that would say that they have some fact to base an assumption of death on.He still says criminal investigation.

Not sure what evidence they have but IMO they could have evidence of death without having evidence that it's a homicide. If they had found traces of decomposition or something like that it would not necessarily reveal the cause or manner of death.

They want her body, I don't think they are asking, anymore, for someone to lead them to a live Hailey.
I won't be surprised if he announces that it is now a homicide.

Does anyone else find this announcement at this time as curious, given the search warrants carried out two weeks ago ? Could they have found evidence of Hailey's death during that search?

The reporter said her interview with PK was yesterday. Wonder why they waited until this morning to release the news?
