CM: is saying HHJP said, "unfortunately that is not the law" re: ICA having a certain(I forget now) "right". I remember that, the judge did say that: I think I did not type it because the word "unfortunately" would not come into my brain because I was too busy laughing thinking that HHJP had said that about what he was talking about.

For once, I have to say CM is telling the truth. :shakehead:
