I don't think they were ever named as suspects, or POI's by LE, but if they were, could you or someone please provide a link to LE saying they are suspects please?

Of course they can't clear them; they won't cooperate/answer questions. What innocent person does that?

I'd like to see previous cases of missing children where police announced the 'clearing' of parents before the child was found/someone else was suspected.

Ed Smart was so exhausted when his daughter went missing that following police interrogation he collapsed and landed in the hospital. He was out the next day and it didn't stop him - he was back at it, and stayed at it until he was cleared of all suspicion. And he was highly suspected of having something to do with Elizabeth's disappearance.

It’s commonplace for investigators to take a close look at the inner circle first, the family and friends, and work their way out. Relatives say investigators were tough on Elizabeth and Lyric’s family, especially the men, in the beginning. But since then they have been completely cleared by polygraphs and are not persons of interest or suspects.

JMO, short of developing convincing evidence against somebody else, LE has no way of clearing family members who were the last to see the missing person, who have no alibi to speak of and who won't agree to be interviewed.

I have never followed any other missing child cases, and it does strike me as significant that in these other cases, the police did announce the aparents were cleared. What a contrast to this case, where the police came out & said they still need and want to talk to Bradley!! :jail:

Okay, I have finally had it. I am done. Patience is kaput.

Mods are constantly snipping and removing posts in this forum. 99% of the time is is nothing but snarky comments and bickering between people. It baffles me why it continues because NO ONE participating in that back & forth "right fighting" is doing a darn bit of sleuthing or trying to locate Lisa. It is nothing but personal jabs getting thrown around here lately.

It is rude, uncalled for and we have allowed it to go on for FAR too long. I am over it. I am going to start issuing lengthy Time Outs from this minute forward. Fair warning - Don't make the mistake of assuming that mods can't read through the thinly veiled personal jabs. This ain't our first rodeo.

I have to question the motives because absolutely none of this is about LISA IRWIN. Completely disrespectful to LISA.
