Seriously, didn't I read that her mother brings her court clothes everyday? I doubt she gets to hang around while the defendant changes from jail attire to street clothes & back into her "evening wear" but there may be some communication allowed between them about wardrobe....I betcha she is not allowed to pass out her old magazines anymore. I suppose she could write messages onto clothing seams with her golf pencil.

I just saw the video of the "passing". Two things. Maria looks very sneaky doing it and she looks up to see if she's being seen passing it.

It's not a card but a piece of paper, not in an envelope. If it was an innocent BD card why the need for the sneakiness Maria? After this defendant is known for sneaking out message via magazines it's way out of bounds that this Mit Specialist would be aiding and abetting her passing anything out of custody.

I'm thinking of filing a formal complaint about her with the powers that be over this. MY taxpayer dollars are paying her salary. And I'm not happy about this, not at all.

I hope you do follow through. Her actions (Maria) were witnessed all over the country. Dispicable

Isn't there a deputy watching Jodi Arias? I was watching days 5&6 of the trial and there was a man in uniform 2 seats behind her. Then, at lunchtime, Jodi tried to take a blue folder into her holding cell, but he stopped her and said, "Not this." I haven't seen anyone in uniform around her for days. I know they went a little easy on her when she was on the stand and complained she wasn't getting lunch and had a headache. But that's over now. Where's her guard?

It astounds me that Maria is a MS. What's the bet Jodi will be able to file an appeal just on Maria's behaviour alone ?

I read on Facebook this weekend that the lady with dark hair and low cut shirts, the one that is always chatting with JA, is actually Jennifer Wilmott's paralegal, not the Mitigation Specialist. I'm trying to find the details right now and when I do, I'll post more. But the MS has not been in court just yet according to what I read.

He's supposed to be watching, but some days he naps. I've also been there when there is no deputy sitting in the chair next to the door she exits (to holding cell?).

She wears that zapper belt and some kind of thing around her thigh. Tracking device? They are under her clothes so the jury doesn't see them.

Observation. On Dr Drew last week they showed and discussed how JA is trying to morph into JW. Looking at them today it is so evident. White v neck with black underneath. Spooky. KCL, do any of the other court watchers notice this??

There's a still photo on today's Huffpost of the two of them that is beyond creepy. Whose idea was that, do you think? JW's? Does she really want to link herself with JA like that? How does that help?
