Probably not a lot, if any. The static/white noise that we all listen to while there is a sidebar is loud.

I've been watching live on azcentral but I find it really frustrating because they almost never pan on TA's side of the courtroom. Does anyone have a still of their side today? Is there a lot of blue?

Wow! Like you said Katie - if it's all so innocent .... that was clearly a paper(s) of some sort the Mit Spec was sliding over to Jodi's mom who put her hand on it.

I am truly disturbed by this and hope Katie can get some answers - LOL not to pressure you Katie ... you do enough as it and are juggling a lot of balls in the air... but if anyone can get to the bottom of what really went down it's you.

It's at 29 seconds. Mitigation 'specialist' places the paper just on the top of the bar with her right hand and JA's mom takes the paper with the left. Specialist was looking at the camera just before she did it.

Bit of a correction it's about 26 seconds and JA's mom always uses her right hand. She also looks down slightly to take it.

Thank God she's not a professional who is involved in this case--she acts like a middle school student with her faces and eye rolling during the State's presentation & questioning.

Wow--'Juanage' sounds kinky! J/K--I think my brain is scrambled from all the "up close and personal" photos and descriptions.:floorlaugh:

I wonder what his long-time girlfriend thinks of his rock star status? If it were my hubby, I'd think it was hilarious! He deserves the attention, IMO--he does his job for reasons other than money (unlike some ppl). I'd love to get a pic with Juan!

ETA - Clip isn't uploading. Keep an eye on the MS and you'll see the paper appear in her right hand around 25 seconds. She places it down, JA's mom looks down a bit and takes the paper with her right hand

Katie!!! You should watch this, if you haven't already!! It is JM speaking at a clemency hearing for Robert Towery and it reminded me a lot of your victim impact statement. It made me love JM even more!

JM starts at 20:50. I tried to get it to start there, but I've never done that before. So, that's the time if it doesn't work right. :)
 
I cannot imagine not seeing the verdict read live in court. So.... Any ideas for us court watchers at home to set up a system to alert us when there is a verdict so that we don't hear it 3rd hand and miss the big reveal?

I realize we are likely weeks away from that, but as invested as im sure we all are, missing that moment live would be soooo disappointing!
