It's at the same address so few would know the difference? You can’t pretend to be in respite if you’re in long term care.

It's 63 days a year. From memory from my experience with my mother, there is a limit on the number of days you can go into respite care each year (it’s a bit cheaper than long term aged care) I think it’s around 2 months max per annum. If you need more than that you need to switch to long term aged care. I guess there may be more loopholes if you have multiple identities though.
I bet personal support person won't be his current wifeIn a wheelchair, both legs and one arm in a cast. Al least a mask if not oxygen.
Personal support person next to him.
Worse case scenario , brought in on a hospital bed. Connected to a drip.
Oh piss off! Respite care is so the carer can have a break. It does not mean he's "not well"!! What a turd pulling this right as the inquest resumesSo AKA is in respite care in Bangalow?
yeah we are talking about AH here, not the general public. Who knows if he knows someone connected to aged care homes that he could utilise to help himFrom memory from my experience with my mother, there is a limit on the number of days you can go into respite care each year (it’s a bit cheaper than long term aged care) I think it’s around 2 months max per annum. Yes that's right, respite care is so the carer can have a break.
I wonder if the carers pension is adjustedI bet personal support person won't be his current wife
IMO it should be adjusted but if DdeH does not notify them, how will they know to adjust it? Only if they see it in the media?I wonder if the carers pension is adjusted
Agree. And/Or proceeds of crime.Funded with the stolen money and valuables of his victims? Huh isn't that usually called *money laundering* and no decent law person should take money without doing scrutiny and checks?
IMO RB's children have all the money in their names and are possibly paying for their father's legal fees and respite care.
