Another continuance allowed. I guess that's how they've decided to deal with this stand off. Just don't deal with it and keep paying OS for "Stella's care" while she likely continues to support HM as well. I'm still wondering why she is urgently looking for a two bedroom apt and a vehicle in the Kerobokan/ Seminyak area. I doubt it's for her as she has 2 boys of her own, herself, Stella and a live in nanny to accommodate. SMH

American man escapes from prison on Indonesia's Bali (unfortunately not Tommy Schaefer, but perhaps he will be next :jail: )

BALI, Indonesia —

Indonesian police are hunting for an American citizen who escaped Monday from an overcrowded and understaffed prison on the Indonesian resort island of Bali.

Head of Kerobokan prison Tonny Nainggolan said Chrishan Beasley, 32, is believed to have escaped at around 4 a.m. by sawing through a ceiling and then jumping over a 6-meter (20-foot) -high wall behind the prison.

Oh wow...another one? I see they got his accomplice right away. I wonder if they've found him yet? They still haven't found Shaun Richardson or the other guy that escaped with him. Of course he was in the prison for a fake passport so he could be anywhere. I wonder if this American will get off the island?

HM and TS must be getting ideas

Right, if I remember correctly there's no punishment in Indonesia for escaping prison, correct? If so I'm surprised they haven't tried already.

Well they'd need some money and connections on the outside to stay out of prison. I don't think OS would volunteer to harbor HM and I don't think TS has made any friends whatsoever. :dunno:

That's along the lines of what I was thinking. I believe TS has very little monetary support. His mom doesn't have much money, (at least she didn't when all this went down). So, he has nowhere to go once he got out.

HM thinks she is getting out soon. And, she isn't going anywhere without her $$$. I'm sure breaking out of jail would make it harder to get "her" & from WW.

The prison escapee has been caught.

American Man Recaptured After 5-Day Indonesia Manhunt

Bali police detective Made Pramestia said Beasley had reached the neighboring tourist island of Lombok by boat on the day of his escape.

Pramestia said Beasley was recaptured on Saturday in an alley near a beach on Lombok after a five-day manhunt.

An investigation was underway to determine if prison guards were involved in the escape, said Surung Pasaribu of the local office of the Law and Human Rights Ministry. He also said there is a shortage of guards at the prison, which was built to accommodate about 300 people but has nearly 1,600 inmates.

Looks like he's got Fox News and Trump pulling for him. I wonder if HM and/or TS will try the same?

Some news of HM, TS and Stella

PICTURE EXCLUSIVE: A Christmas visit to see mom, her lesbian lover and dad in jail: Suitcase murderers Heather Mack and Tommy Schaefer dote over their two-year-old daughter Stella in Bali prison

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5211867/Heather-Macks-daughter-visits-Bali-prison.html

Some quotes from Sheila's brother, William Wiese:

'I've seen many pictures and videos that Heather posts on social media showing the partying, drinking and going out to restaurants. I do not understand how this happens in prison.

'It's just crazy, it's like she's dancing on Sheila's grave, she doesn't show any remorse at all.

'It's very sad and we've been very frustrated by her. We would like to see her receive justice someday as I do not believe she has received any meaningful justice in Indonesia.

'At least Tommy has shown some remorse for the brutal murder of Sheila, and accepted some responsibility,' he added.

TS received a Christmas sentence reduction, although I don't know how much. I'm guessing HM got a similar reduction, now that she's stopped publicly posting videos.

The 11 foreign Kerobokan inmates that received sentence reductions are: Daniele Pieretto (Italy), David James Taylor (UK), Edward Norman Myatt (Australia), Frankho Pizarro Solano (Peru), Giuliano Lemoine (Germany), Jerry Meking Catalasan (the Philippines), Nikolos Bouikidis (Greece), Robert Andrew Fiddes Ellis (Australia), Roberto Castro De La Cuba (Peru), Ronald Ssemanda (Uganda) and Tommy Schaefer (US).

American woman Heather Mack, who is serving a 10-year sentence for the gruesome murder of her mother in Bali was able to celebrate Christmas Day with her daughter Stella.

Mack told News Corporation she was planning to give Stella a children’s iPad for Christmas to help her learning. She said the little girl was now learning three languages — English, Indonesian and Balinese.

Just came to check in for an update. I have a feeling this will continue until there is no more trust to argue over.

I really wish Stella had more options in the US to live.

Oh look, the women's side of the prison was segregated and they got a new building. Explains a lot of the pictures that the female inmates post on facebook showing updated facilities.

So HM is in a new building while TS wallows away in the original men's section. Unreal. :notgood:

I hope the new prisoners that have been transferred there give her some difficulty.

There is also an exclusive subscription only article showing pics and video from inside the new women's prison for those of you who may have a subscription to the Daily Telegraph.
