Statement of agreement read in court Thu says all parties agree 1 of those men was Mark #Smich. #Millard Millsrd camp admits nothing.

Seems odd that they wouldn't concede Millard was there despite the fact that Ivan identified his tattoo.

Sachak now directing Tumanenko to his police statement. In the statement it says there were other tattoos, but he didn't pay attention to them.

Seems to me that Ivan likely failed to pick Millard out in a lineup. The tattoo is the key to identifying Millard. That is why he wasn't asked to point to Millard in the courtroom.

Dungey asking about the moment Tumenko said in court that the taller man shared a look with Smich on the test drive. "I didn't see these guys for the last three years," Tumanenko says, saying that being in court is jogging his memory.

Tumanenko said he was going to take the truck to a dealership if he didn't sell it on a test drive. Dungey pressing him on if the taller man tried to haggle at all. "He didn't bargain with you to lower the price, did he? Normally when someone is going to buy a used truck, he's going to bargain with you, right?" Dungey asks. Tumanenko says there was no attempt to bargain at all.

where did I read that Millard asked if 32,000 was his final price and Igor said there is no other price or no bargaining and Millard said "we will keep looking then" was that not in his Thursday's testimony? trying to find a link.
