I made the same mistake last night and then went back and re-read every single tweet and every article from court yesterday. Never found what I thought I'd seen.

BBM - so did I.....and because the tweets sometimes don't come in perfect chronological order I can see why the inference happened. I just don't think we have the info at this time about who was texting DM (unless the reporters didn't report this).....I think the following tweets are where it gets confusing:

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 2m2 minutes ago
Crown prosecutor Craig Fraser focusing now on 3 texts from dame number to #Millard phone at 9:02 & 9:44 on May 6/13. From long dist number.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 3m3 minutes ago
May 6/13 text at 9:02 registered at tower in #Ancaster. #MillardSmich

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
We're seeing records of texts coming in to Millard phone on May 6 at 9:44 pm from Brantford tower and 9:02 pm from Ancaster tower. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 1m1 minute ago
Fraser says some of the numbers found on #Millard's phone link to woman who was Mark #Smich's girlfriend at time of #TimBosma disappearance

BBM - doesn't say those specific texts were from MM phone.....just that SOME numbers on his phone were linked to her.....HTH....MOO

***All out in the open right Pillay. He broke a light parking it against the house. Had lots of room in that driveway. I guess he didn't have a spare lock on hand or forgot? ;)

***And Dungey points out the obvious as usual ;)

Yeah we didn't expect him to go to this line of questioning.... not at all

Well there was no lock on back of the trailer.....but there were locks on the side doors. The officer actually could not just open it if he wanted to.....first and only after moving it forward to access it.
