Plaxton says he then looked for the headlights and taillights flashing on the sides of the walls to help assist with making a sequence. Some of these cameras were motion detected, which complicated things as there are jumps, he says.
by Adam Carter 10:26 AM

Plaxton says the seconds on the GA Masonry clock also don't tick by properly.
by Adam Carter 10:27 AM

The corrected time on the DVR was four hours and 38 minutes fast, Plaxton says.
by Adam Carter 10:27 AM

If one box in the system settings had been checked off, the date and time stamp would have been regularly updated by Microsoft, Plaxton says.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Millard sometimes looks at Smich. Smich never looks at Millard.
bumppy29 @bumppy29
@susanclairmont when all the evidence is unfolding what are the reactions of the two suspects? Do they look at each other

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 2m2 minutes ago
The corrected time on the DVR was four hours and 38 minutes fast, Plaxton says. #TimBosma #Bomsa

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
DVR ran 4 hours, 38 minutes fast, says Plaxton.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 1m1 minute ago
If a box in the system settings had been checked off, the date and time would have been regularly updated, Plaxton says. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 38s38 seconds ago
Video from seized camera footage will show pickup and SUV moving around hangar in early hours of May 7, 2013, Plaxton says. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 38s38 seconds ago
This jury has heard a lot of evidence about camera time stamps at this trial from several witnesses. #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 57s57 seconds ago
Another camera was located on the northwest corner of the MillardAir hangar. #TimBosma #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 48s48 seconds ago
It's pointing towards the corner of the building, and not facing outwards. #TimBosma #Bosma

Another camera was located on the northwest corner of the MillardAir hangar. It's pointing towards the corner of the building, and not facing outwards.
by Adam Carter 10:31 AM

There's also a view from the northwest corner of the inside of the hangar.
by Adam Carter 10:32 AM

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Seeing a still frame from the outside camera at the hangar. Literally all it shows is a wall. Corner of building. Grey siding. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
We're seeing wall view from outdoor Millardair camera. We see siding at corner of building.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
At night you can see the shadow of the camera dome on the wall. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 49s49 seconds ago
Now seeing screen grab from indoor Millardair camera. Seeing hangar floor plus shelving and some sort of cart.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 47s47 seconds ago
DVR contained surveillance footage from inside & outside #Millard Air hangar. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 32s32 seconds ago
2nd hangar camera shows the inside of the hangar. Shelves, what looks like a large garage door are visible. #Bosma

I don't think the pointing of the camera at the wall was a deliberate act by DM. If he knew he was going to be doing some illegal activity at the hangar he would just turn off the system fully, not leave the inside camera and outside camera recording, with the direction of the camera changed. Based on what we've learned about DM, I think this is simply another example of lack of property care and maintenance. MOO

There were only two working cameras from the hangar attached to the DVR, Plaxton says.
by Adam Carter 10:34 AM

The GA Masonry video recorded at 3 frames per second, which Plaxton says is common on security camera video. A DSLR runs at almost 30 frames per second.
by Adam Carter 10:35 AM

Now watching a video Plaxton says illustrates vehicles moving around the hangar.
by Adam Carter 10:36 AM

This is from just after midnight on May 7.
by Adam Carter 10:36 AM

In the video, two vehicles can be seen driving in towards the MIllardAir hangar, one a little after the other.
by Adam Carter 10:38 AM

I just got goosebumps

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Now still from a GA Masonry camera at 12:34 am...this is all so the jury can get its bearings before watching video of vehicles.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Now seeing stills from GA Masonry camera from 12:34 and 12:42 am on May 7, 2013. He says will illustrate movement of various vehicles #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 2m2 minutes ago
There were two cameras on the MillardAir hangar, inside and outside. Plaxton says the outside camera was pointed inward at the hangar

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 14s15 seconds ago
Watching that video now. Can see vehicles driving near hangar in distance. #Bosma

No mention of either vehicle towing the incinerator?

There's a period of time on the video where the screen is black. That's because of the motion sensors, Plaxton says.
by Adam Carter 10:39 AM

He says he inserted a period of time with just a black screen so it doesn't jump.
by Adam Carter 10:39 AM

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Jury has now watched video. Appears to show two vehicles arriving at hangar. There is time when there is no movement before vehicles leave.

bumppy29 @bumppy29
@susanclairmont this might be a dumb question, is there a body language expert in the court room?
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
No.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Video from outside hangar (just showing wall) is also shown. Shows reflections on wall that line up w movement caught by other camera #Bosma

Wally Walker @wally_walker
@susanclairmont does the defence get to physically see the evidence before hand or are they just told about it?
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
They see it.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
Watching video again.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
Remember the Crown theory is that #Bosma was incinerated at the hangar.

De-lurking to say a big thank-you to everyone providing tweets and insights. I've been quietly following TB's tragic story, and now this equally fascinating and horrific trial since Tim first disappeared. Being roughly the same age as Tim, and living nearby with a young daughter at home, this case really struck a chord with me from day one. As I read along now, I can't help but look to my daughter, who is now 4, and my son, who is almost 20 months, and think about how awful it is that Tim was robbed of the chance to one day father a sibling for his own little girl, and enjoy a long, happy life with his family. All because of a stupid truck. It just breaks my heart. Kudos to LE, and the Crown for putting all the pieces together so diligently. I'm anxiously awaiting justice, along with all of you here.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
Video ends at 12:42 am. About to see more video and stills from GA Masonry. #Bosma

PMC @PatPcmore
@susanclairmont has there been any mention of who is driving the second vehicle any time since the trial started?
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
No.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Will see a pickup truck with cab running lights arriving at hangar towing a trailer.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 2m2 minutes ago
According to the presentation, a pickup truck towing a trailer arrives at the MillardAir hangar at 12:19 a.m. on May 7. #TimBosma #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Next video shows a pickup w can running lights, towing a trailer, arrives at hangar 12:19am. An SUV follows directly behind. #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 2m2 minutes ago
A dark SUV follows right after. #TimBosma #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Video shows truck towing trailer up to #Millard hangar, followed closely by an SUV, about 3 hrs after #TimBosma disappearance

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
I could see the truck and trailer clearly followed closely by SUV.

The first vehicle goes to the hangar around 12:05 a.m. The second gets there just before 12:12 a.m.
by Adam Carter 10:42 AM

FYI - ^ this was deleted, but I copied it before it was - I'm assuming it was due to the difference of times to that of below

According to the presentation, a pickup truck towing a trailer arrives at the MillardAir hangar at 12:19 a.m. on May 7, 2013. A dark SUV follows right after.
by Adam Carter 10:46 AM

Plaxton says there's not enough detail in the video to say definitely that it's the Bosma truck. The best he can say is it's a pickup truck with the running lights on.
by Adam Carter 10:49 AM

He also can't say for sure it's followed by Millard's Yukon.
by Adam Carter 10:49 AM

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Plaxton says he can't say it is #Bosma truck for sure, or Millard's Yukon for sure.

Expert can't say for sure from video that pickup is #TimBosma's or SUV is #Millard's

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 2m2 minutes ago

Justin Clevett @Clevareno
@susanclairmont is it the trailer that the had the pick up inside or trailer towing the eliminator?
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
It is a small trailer.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 2m2 minutes ago
At 12:35 a.m., the truck is moved to the south end of the hangar, leaving the trailer at the north end of the hangar. #TimBosma #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 2m2 minutes ago
Jury now seeing video that captures a dark pickup with running lights dragging a trailer followed by a dark colour SUV arriving at hangar

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 2m2 minutes ago
Pickup then goes to south end of hangar while the trailer is left at the North end

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Next event shown in video is at 12:35 am, Plaxton says: Pickup is moved to south end of hangar. Trailer is left in place at north end #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 48s48 seconds ago
Next video shows pickup with trailer arriving at hangar. Later, "we see the pickup pull away and the trailer remain in place," says Plaxton.

According to the presentation, at 12:35 a.m., the truck is moved to the south end of the hangar, leaving the trailer in place at the north end of the hangar.
by Adam Carter 10:50 AM

"At that point we see the pickup truck pull away and the trailer remain in place," Plaxton says.
by Adam Carter 10:53 AM

I was thinking the incinerator must have been used at the north end otherwise there wouldn't be video. I am sure they chose the north side of the hangar because they were worried about how visible they would be out in front of the hangar, facing the airport. Luckily for justice, GA Masonry had a very thorough security camera set-up. MOO

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
These are dark, grainy videos.

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 2m2 minutes ago
At 12:41 a.m., the SUV moves to the south end of the MillardAir hangar, the presentation says. #TimBosma #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 2m2 minutes ago
There is movement between the vehicles, suggesting that a person moves from the truck to the SUV, Plaxton says. #TimBosma #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Plaxton says there is movement that suggests a person moves from the pickup to the SUV. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Movement of something, sorry--clarifies there's not enough detail to show its a person. #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 44s44 seconds ago
Now we're seeing video at 1:12 a.m. There's no vehicle movement again until that time, Plaxton says. #TimBosma #Bosma

by Adam Carter 10:55 AM

At 12:42 a.m., the SUV leaves the area.
by Adam Carter 10:57 AM

Plaxton now says he doesn't have enough detail to say that the movement between the vehicles is a person.
by Adam Carter 10:58 AM
