[h=1]ECSO: Body of missing PPD private investigator found, woman arrested[/h]
ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WEAR) — The Escambia County Sheriff's Office said they've arrested a woman in the death of a missing private investigator.

Ashley McArthur has been arrested for the death of 33-year-old Taylor Wright.

Around noon on Thursday, a body believed to be Wright was found in a wooded area of Britt Road.

The sheriff's office said they are continuing to investigate this incident. They're working with the police department in this case.

Bodies of Missing Hikers Rachel Nguyen and Jospeh Orbeso officially identified by coroner. Both had gun shot wounds:
On Monday morning, October 16th, Sheriff’s Aviation transported investigators to the location to conduct the investigation and recover the bodies. The decedents were transported to the Coroner’s Division in San Bernardino.
Between Wednesday and Thursday, October 17th and 18th, the decedents were identified as Rachel Nguyen, age 20 and Joseph Orbeso, age 22 both of Orange County. During autopsy, injuries consistent with a gunshot wound were located on both Nguyen and Orbeso. Based on evidence located at the scene, detectives believe Orbeso shot Nguyen, then shot himself. The investigation into Orbeso’s actions remain under investigation.

PORTAGE, Mich. (WOOD) — Christopher Lockhart, the husband of missing teacher Theresa Lockhart, was discovered dead in his Portage home Tuesday, police say.

The Portage Department of Public Safety said there are indications Christopher Lockhart may have killed himself.
He was the main person of interest in his wife’s disappearance more than five months ago.

Newschannel 3 has confirmed Allegan County deputies were searching in the woods, and sources tell us it is connected to Theresa Lockhart disappearance.

This comes after we were first on scene Tuesday when Lockhart's husband, Christopher, was found dead in their Portage home. Portage Police tell us he died from an apparent suicide.

"Wesley Mathews, who adopted Sherin from India last year, was arrested Monday after changing his story about what had happened. He initially said Sherin disappeared after he sent her outside at 3 a.m. as punishment for not drinking her milk. He later said she choked on milk and he disposed of her body after she died.

He’s been charged with first-degree felony injury to a child and is held Tuesday on $1 million bond."

California artist recreates image of unidentified woman found dead in East Side ditch in 1990

Nearly 27 years later, the woman has still not been identified, but an artist from California is hoping his artistic rendering of her face will help someone recognize her.
Carl Koppelman, a 54-year-old from El Segundo, California, first came across "Cantu," as he calls the unidentified woman, in a book by another artist who creates facial reconstructions.



"It's probably pretty close to what she actually looked like," Koppelman said of his reconstruction. "Maybe if it gets shared around the San Antonio area or maybe nationwide someone will recognize her, but I kind of suspect she's a local woman."

According to The Doe Network International Center for Unidentified and Missing Persons, "Cantu" was found dumped in a ditch in the 1600 block of Cornerway Boulevard.
She's was about 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighed about 120 pounds. She had brown eyes and hair, and a scar on her abdomen from a Cesarean section birth. She had undergone a surgical removal of her fallopian tube and ovary, even though she was estimated to be somewhere between 18- and 26-years-old.

Based on her injuries, Koppelman suspects she was a victim of domestic violence. San Antonio police could not immediately comment on the "Cantu" case.

One person is dead and an armed suspect remained on the loose after a carjacking and fatal shooting at the University of Utah that put the campus on lockdown several hours into early Tuesday morning.
Police were still searching for 24-year-old Austin J. Boutain, described as a white male with a tear drop tattoo on his face, as well as tattoos on his neck and an arm. He was last seen wearing black clothing and a beanie-style cap.
