The Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said Baskerville had been engaged in the human trafficking of a 17-year-old girl. That girl called Calhoun on June 1 and arranged to meet him at Baskerville's home. Calhoun went to the home, got into an argument with Baskerville and was killed, the Prosecutor's Office said.

A 16-year-old juvenile acquaintance of the victim has been detained in connection with her death and held on $250,000 bond, police said Friday.An arrest warrant obtained by NBC 5 said Kaytlynn was involved in a drug transaction with the teen at the time she disappeared.

Text messages revealed she planned to go to the apartment complex swimming pool to meet the boy to buy marijuana, the document said.

Police: Missing pregnant teacher found dead, boyfriend charged with murder

Wallen's body was discovered in a shallow grave on Prices Distillery Road in Damascus on Wednesday afternoon.

A suspect, later identified as Wallen's boyfriend Tyler Tessier, was arrested in connection to her murder at around 5:30 p.m., police say.
On Monday, Tessier spoke at a press conference with Wallen's family claiming that "all he cared about was that she come back," according to ABC7's Tom Roussey.

Police say Tessier's presence at that press conference was "calculated."

A man has been arrested on suspicion of killing his wife in Chandler in 1987, officials said.

Auburn, Washington, police arrested Kevin Dale Jokumsen, 53, on Aug. 31.
He is being held in a county jail in Washington awaiting extradition to Arizona, according to a press release sent out by the Chandler Police Department on Wednesday.
He faces a charge of second-degree murder, officials said.
Jokumsen's wife, Donna Mae Jokumsen, 22, was last seen on July 5, 1987.
Her body has not been found, officials said.
