I don't understand how it could be KG's relative using RG's identification, especially since there is a child *advertiser censored* charge filed against RG in AL due to *advertiser censored* being found in his house in Cullman. I do agree that something is fishy that we have not seen a recent photo of RG. You would think that the Feds would welcome a recent photo being displayed of him, if for nothing else, to see if any victims of his will step forward.

There is something really screwy about all of this regarding RG.

In my state, cameras or video cameras are not allowed in Federal Court. I have escorted both Female and Male inmates into Federal Court. I have sat in Federal Court more hours than I would have prefered. There is more privacy involved. We would keep them locked in the Federal Marshall's office cell down the hall until court time.

However, I can tell you that there would be no reason that some enterprising newspaper reporter could not have taken a pic of RG either being escorted into or out of the courthouse. I helped escort members of a national motorcycle gang for Federal Court and saw a film of them that evening on TV. No one ever asked me or the other officer if we minded being filmed. My point is this - there is something screwy going on with this RG person that someone has not taken a current pic or filmed RG going into or out of the courthouse.

The pic I want to see is one from NOW - not in the past!

It is strange there's no current pic of Gagnon. If the RSO was using RG's identity, his cover is sure blown now.

Yes, Brooke would have been a teenager today. Even though I am 57 years old, I remember my 13th birthday party! I think Brooke probably looked forward to becoming a teenager.

We cannot wish Brooke a Happy Birthday. A murdered her before she could experience the happy times her life would have brought her.

nanadjim, I do not know what it is, but my gut feeling tells me that something is wrong here.

And, it would not have been too hard for RG's identity to have been stolen or comprimised. RG had no criminal record (it is said) so his prints would not come up on the AFIS machine while being booked. In fact, there may be no record at all of RG's prints. However, if KG's RSO relative was assuming RG's identity, his prints woulld have come back as the relative's when he was being booked. That is my stumbling block here. That is what I cannot figure out. But I honestly believe that there is something concerning RG's identity that LE is not wanting known now.

Dark Shadows, can you find out if RG's face even resembles the pic we now have? TIA.

emanon7, I am purely speculating here. I am just saying that there is something screwy here. It is my gut feeling. RG may have been using other identities also. However, I feel we will later find out that the RSO relative is somewhere in the mix also, as is KG. I do not think that it is a coincidence that RG moved to Texas from Alabama when KG did. I think they are a part of the Child *advertiser censored* ring. Maybe a small ring associating with a big one.

It has been stated that KG is in his late fifties [approximately 57]. My research shows that JSG was convicted in 1998 at the age of 38-39. This would make JSG 48-49 years old now. If JSG is KG's nephew, then there is only an eight year difference between the two. Doesn't this seem strange (although it is not inconceivable)?

The reason I ask this is because JSG's registered sex offense could be a false lead -- my research shows that JSG's last "listed address" was the street address for Delno and Margaret in Austin, a very well-t0-do neighborhood, not San Antonio. Is it a 100% probability that the Delno of Austin is the same "Delno" of the Ester Grosenheider family tree?

I just went back and looked at the pic of Gagnon. nandjim, you are right. Same glasses, same haircut, and has not even aged from the last pic!
The Federal Court drawing shows a beard as well as glasses. We are not getting a clear pic as he is now.

There is something off with the entire mugshot thing. The only thing I can figure is that the Feds do not want someone(s) to see his face and tip them off. If RG was involved someway in a larger operation, he may not have used his real name...but people might recognize his face, react and get rid of their computers, drives, etc.

I think that MJ's case shows that a pedophile/child molester cannot be "cured." MJ had deep-seated issues stemming from the sexual abuse in his own childhood. He was a young boy who had no control over what his father (most probably) was doing to him. His mother did nothing to protect him. So, now you have anger, betrayal, pain and lack of control to deal with. This probably would take a lifetime of intensive counseling, checks and balances and self-control.

Let me throw out this thought. Do you think that it is possible that MJ subconsciously wanted to get caught to keep him from molesting his own daughter?

Yes, and RG also may be the one who did the selling of pics/films to others.

SusiQ, that sounds possible also - in fact, probable. There is SOMETHING, tho.

The next court date is July 17, IIRC. Maybe someone local can be at the Federal Courthouse when RG is to show up for court that day. There would be no reason for anyone who wanted to go to not be able to sit in court that day.

IF it is a closed courtroom for RG's appearance, then something is definately up.

I posted this on the last thread but I don't think it got noticed. So I am posting it again.

No one has mentioned it today so I will. Today is (would have been) Brooke's 13th Birthday! I hope that she knows alot of people are thinking about her and that they would give anything if she was here to celebrate it with them. And I know that she is in a better place and that she is looking down at all of her friends and loved ones and helping them through this terrible horrific time. RIP,.. we love you Brooke Bennett!
