... [TMH] was sentenced to life in prison without parole, after a plea bargain with authorities. Hill wiped tears away from his eyes, as he pled guilty to first degree murder with four enhancements. He admitted to kidnapping Myers back in September of 2010. Hill also pled guilty to count two, conspiracy to commit murder. ...

Meth heads - what a horror drug - along with just seriously depraved beings. That unfortunate misguided girl, who got herself seriously off track, suffered greatly at their hands in those last few hours.

Except for one of the perps who agreed to testify against the others, they will spend the rest of their miserable lives behind bars where they belong, despite having well earned the DP. IMHO

Cody Lee Miller, 25, one of five people serving prison time for Myers’ beating death, was found dead in his cell about 2:40 p.m. at the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi.

Krissy Khokhobashvili, a California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation spokeswoman, confirmed Miller’s death and said he did not have a cellmate...

Ray Pruitt, a spokesman for the Kern County Coroner’s Office, said Miller’s autopsy probably would be performed Monday.
