Was Irene Kouame ever submitted as this JD? Her nose looks like it could've been the model for the NCMEC recon. Her face looks longer than the recon, but it is, after all, a recon.

Although, she has large white marks on her arms / legs and a scar on her leg, which is not mentioned for Jane Doe. But not sure if the examiners would be able to see these things, since JD's body was burned.

I have been looking for this thread for a long time. I saw it once, then saw on that channel a young (and by young i mean like under 25, possibly teen) woman who closely matched her as far as descritption, but I cannot remember what episode it was or where the woman was from.

Hi, new here. Does anyone know if they checked the foster care system? Sometimes the reason there's no dental records in the system is because they moved around a lot as a foster child, not necessarily that they didn't ever go to a dentist. Could have been to a dental clinic, I noticed it looks like one set of wisdom teeth are possibly missing on one side of her bottom teeth. Which would indicate she's been to a dentist/clinic. Food for thought.
